Disappointing
amazing site and staff
hmmmmm
Bunree is a stunning site with breathtaking views ... if you can see the view ! it clearly says in the brochure , all loch side pitches are non awning, so we booked a pitch with an awning knowing full well we would not be on a loch side pitch, we were on the next row back, so our views were still going to be breathtaking. when we set up, all but 3 non awning pitches had awnings and windbreakers out . why have clubsite rules but not enforce them ? we were told on arrival we must pitch on a white peg, as blue pegs where for non awning pitches ,the wardens are very keen that you park close to that peg, but my god they darent tell any one to put their awnings away. wont be going back here.
Response from the Club:
Many thanks for your review. Wind-out sun-canopies and wind breaks are permissible on a non-awning pitch, however people are not able to put sides onto their wind-outs as it then becomes an awning. We hope this helps clear up any misunderstanding.
An amazing place spoiled by thoughtless dog owners.....!!
Why, oh why?
