  • *Standard booking deposits (i.e non promotional bookings) are fully refundable if you cancel or amend your booking up to 21 days before your stay. 
  • The deposit for each booking will either be 10% of the total value of the stay or a £20 minimum, if the price of the stay is less than £20, then the total price of the stay will be required as the deposit.
