This a little gem of a site we did stay in Oct so not full but it's very well kept, it's close to town centre and the castle, and close to a few good national trust sites, and Stratford is not far 30 to 40 mins away, making this a great place to tour the area we will go back for a week next time as there is so much to explore
Also I will highly recommend the 4 penny's pub just up the road and the Tudor inn on the main road
Cheers all

Great Little Site.... super location
Super for the town and local area. The site seems not to be run at full capacity.
The website indicated that it was fully booked when we were there, however there were a good few vacant pitches all week.... possibly due to the limited number of loo's and shower cubicles (3 no. )?
The wardens keep the site very well, however we thought the same as roma1 in that review... the CC may be renting/leasing the site and limited in what they may change or invest to improve the site - which is required.
Tired facilities
Lovely site that we have used regularly. The wardens keep the site and facilities very clean however when the site is at capacity the 3 toilets and 3 showers struggle to be sufficient also the chemical closet is near to the dish washing area..time to assess this site and consider bringing it up to the standard of other sites.

Enjoyable weekend
We stayed for 3 nights in October. This was our third visit to this site. Very friendly staff and an excellent location. A 10 minute stroll into Warwick and we also downloaded a 5 mile AA walk. This started from the racecourse, took in the canal, river and returned via the town where we had some well earned refreshment! A lovely weekend and we will definitely return.
Good Friendly Site
We booked this site after reading other reviews and were not disappointed. Very friendly and in a perfect location for Warwick and visiting nearby Stratford-upon-Avon. Would certainly recommend.
Mid way stop from Cornwall
This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this site. Location is excellent, just a short walk into Warwick. Excellent place to exercise the dogs as you can walk around the race course. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities well maintained. We will return.

2 night break
A nice site with good facilities. Short walk into Warwick & supermarket an easy walk alongside the racecourse. A bit of noise from overhead aircraft but didn't bother us at all. Was also on site when exit was closed off for racetrack watering, maybe an idea for officials/groundsmen to post a notice on the gates when things like this were happening for the benefit of those leaving the site.
Lovely site close to town
This was our first trip using our Pennine folding camper. The site was easy to find and only a few miles from the M40. On arrival the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pitch allocated to us was on the meadow and was well kept and peaceful. The shower block was clean and maintained to a high standard. The location was great. The town center, local Sainsbury's and castle are within easy walking distance. As stated in the description there is no wifi but I had a full coverage on my mobile (o2). Digital TV reception was also good. Well worth a visit. I was particularly impressed with all the local bars, shops and cafes. Make sure you pop to Leamington Spa too which is a short drive away.
trouble leaving site
we visited this site on Wednesday 14th September for one night as a stopover on our way to hereford teh site itself is quite basic but nice but the issue we had which i am sure the club cant foresee is when we were leaving at 11 o clock we found the workers on the race course closing off the exit from the site with barriers and when i asked how i would get off the site i was informed there was another exit a bit further along which was the road to the golf course,we then had to drive along a dirt track with potholes and when we got to the opening that we had to turn into we found that it was impossible to negotiate unless we drove past it a little way then reversed into the golf club access whilst missing a rather large boulder on the right hand side. Now i know that there are caravaners out there that would have found this impossible to do as some have difficulty reversing onto site pitches but luckily i can manage to reverse even in tight places but nevertheless i dont expect to have to negotiate an obstickle course to get off site and by the ay this wasnt a race day so i am at a loss to explain why the access was being blocked off.
Good. Could be better
It is a shame that there is no Wifi. Even the smallest municipal sites in France now have this facility.
There is only one washing up sink - not really enough.
Apart from these, the site is excellent.
