Not upto scratch
If you are in a caravan or small camper & have the ability to drive to various places then this site maybe ok? We on the other hand own a large motorhome & so we prefer to pitch up & walk to the local attractions. Sutton town centre is approximately 1 mile by road or 1 & 3/4 miles if you go via sandilands & use the prom. Either way, the town is very disappointing, there are very few shops, pubs or restaurants considering it is supposed to be a holiday resort. On the plus side, the few pubs that are there are all dog friendly & so is the majority of the beach which consists of miles of lovely soft sand & very safe sea.
The site was not kept as clean as other CC sites & the usual lack of common sense from some of the staff was on display. We wish the club & other members who take the time to do reviews would give us all more information about the area so that we can make a more educated choice when booking our holidays.
