June stay

Lovely site with pristine toilet block. Wonderful coastline with walks nearby. Car parking price a bit steep at nearby Whitesands.

Lleithyr Meadow

The site was lovely and clean and peaceful. The roads leading up to it are a little narrow and caused a few problems! Family have stayed there before and said that the childrens play area has moved from the centre of the field. This was not a problem, however, the large open space was a magnet for the children to play football. Our children were asked to stop playing with their sponge ball by the warden, which they did, but other children seemed to be allowed to play with a leather one! we put up a couple of wind breaks, which many other people did as the site is quite windy, but yet again, we were asked to take them down at night or if we left the site at all. No other people appeared to have to do this. Did our faces not fit? I have to say that we did feel somewhat picked on, and have no idea why. We therefore will not be in any hurry to return to this site, although we have rated it quite well, as the facilities were good and setting was lovely.

Lleithyr Meadow

Great well kept site, lovely walks and cycle tracks. Friendly Wardens and Toilet Facilities very clean. Stayed here many times before and we will probably stay many times again. Don't miss the views of Ramsey Island.

Rules are made to be broken?

Although fairly difficult to get to, because of the winding narrow lanes, St. Davids is ideally situated. Boat trips round Ramsey island and coastal walks, and St. Davids itself. Plus all the attractive villages around. What we didn't like was the noisey people in the adjoining campfield/caravan park, the kids biking round and round all times of day and night and people not picking up dog poo. The dog near us might have been tiny, but still left lots of little messes. The woman who owned it said she had difficulty in bending to pick up after the dog. If you stay here, you must use the bus service. If only for the experience. Good fun.

Fabulous gem of a site - great for all

We have just returned from 4 nights at St Davids, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our 2 children (9 & 7) loved the play park and that there was lots of open space at the site to explore. We walked to the top of Carn Llidi, a must as it is on the doorstep - great view of the site from there too! Wonderfully friendly wardens, very helpful. Facilities were immaculately clean and the site was quite obviously well looked after. We would certainly return and recommend to others.

A Lovely Holiday

We stayed for 13 nights on this wonderful coastal site. The facilities were excellent and the wardens maintain the site to a very high standard. It is quietly situated and within walking distance of St Davids and the glorious beach at Whitesands Bay. There are many lovely walks from the site including the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and the steady climb up nearby Carn Llidi which affords superb views over miles of countryside and the coast. St Davids Cathedral and the ruins of The Bishops Palace are definitely worth a visit. If you are looking for a site in a quiet location near the coast then look no further!

Wonderful little .site

Stayed for 5 nights in July 2016, what a lovely site, the wardens work so hard to keep it neat and tidy, fantastic local walks, brilliant bus around the local coast line and into St David's, would definitely recommend this site and will definitely return again.

Recent stay July 2016

Great location for walking and beaches and great coastal bus. Site well kept with good clean warm shower block. Site really could do with wifi even if just to access tourist info and some hard standings as it was very wet during my stay.

A Little Gem

Recently spent 12 nights at this lovely site. Wardens do a fantastic job in keeping the site spotless and are probably the friendliest we've come across on the network. Wifi was a miss just to be able to review restaurants / activities / weather forecast in area particularly when you don't take a TV with you. Definitely recommend Cwtch restaurant, booking adviseable. Beautiful coastline.
