Peaceful Location

Had a lovely couple of nights here just before the bank holiday so very reasonably priced. Easy walk to beach and St Davids and the bus service is good. The crows are noisy but we were warned about them at reception. Nice fresh bread delivered daily. Be warned the farm shop down the road only appears to open mornings.

Good Rest

This was also our first caravan trip in our lovely Abbey Vogue, and we made the 4 hour trip from Shropshire and arrived quite late. The site is very well kept and neat, the toilet and kitchen facilities were first rate, really clean. The stroll to the beach was enjoyable, and everyone seemed to make the effort to go. There is a small convenience store around the corner, and the reception also sells basics which helps. St Davids is a short drive away and is well worth a day out. As already mentioned in another review, the crows in the trees on site were really irritating at times and the site was at full capacity which meant very little privacy, but other than that we had a lovely time.

Easter break

Excellent site on well drained grass pitches. Great location with a short walk to beach. If you want a more quiet walk to the beach do not take the direct route, via the road, take the bridleway which is 200 yards from site entrance, go straight across the main road and carry on for about 200 yards, look for the footpath on your right.  Follow the footpath sign up the farm track and continue following the footpath signs. This is a quite and easy walk to the beach. Wardens as ever very helpful. if possible I would pitch away from the trees. Crows can be noisey and messy. Look forward to returning.

Both myself and my partner really enjoyed our stay, the staff where helpful and welcoming. The facilities were clean and we both thought the site is excellently placed for walks into St Davids City and the Pembrook Way. Our only gripe was the ' noisy crows' that seemed to go on all day , if you could move them on we rate this site 9/10.

Our first caravan holiday!

This was our first holiday in our new caravan and we absolutely loved it. The site was spotless with excellent facilities. It's a ten minute walk to the beach and the coast path. The staff at the site were professional, pleasant and helpful. There is a nice play park for the little ones and our daughter loved the swings! I'm sure we'll be visiting again soon!

Our walking weekend

Had a great time at this site wardens were very friendly and helpful,a great place to start your walks, and there some great walks.be aware of the crows they are noisy and if parking near the trees expect lots of droppings but I would definitely go back again,it has everything I wanted.a big thanks to all the wardens you were great.

Fabulous

This is a wonderful site.  Sorry could not rate it for family, we didn't take one. Peace and quiet.  Great views. Wondersful scenery. Great walking.  Easy walk to St David's.  Wonderful beach close by. great wardens.  What more could you want.  If you are pitched close enough you can even log on to the wifi on the next door camp site! Did I mention the great walking? :-)

Rare site

Stupendous location: St David's a 20 mins walk, Whitesands Bay close by. Little by way of shelter from the storms and tad exposed in the gales, but all part of the experience! No hard standings (stones might fly around in gales?) and no wifi unless you buy into that of the site next door! Great wardens and super toilet block.
