Our Favourite Caravan Club Site
Mixed Impressions
The site is in a good spot, easy walking to Cromer and East Runton but it seemed crowded, a bit neglected in parts and some muddy grass pitches were hardly usable. Luckily we got the last hardstanding when we arrived. In contrast the new serviced pitches where immaculate and made the rest of the site look poor. If returning I'd book a serviced pitch (there are a few older ones.) We used the social complex and enjoyed the bar food but didn't think the site was up to the usual CC standards.

Lovely Stay at Seacroft
We have just had a lovely week at Seacroft. We booked a serviced pitch. This is the first time we have used one and we were pleasantly surprised. My husband who usually does the 'water chores' said it had made it a much more enjoyable holiday for him. We were on the new part of the site at the top and had a lovely sea view. It was very peaceful up there as well. It is a long walk to the shower block though and as we only have a small caravan we prefer not to use our shower as it is a very small cubicle. There were quite a few others from the top area walking down to use the shower block as well as us. A small facilities block would not go amiss up there. I agree with previous reviews that the shower block could do with updating as it is looking a bit tired and also it was very busy most of the time. I would think it would be very stretched in the school holidays when there are lots of families on site. I would suggest a few more showers would be good for this very large site. We only saw the wardens when we booked in and the lady who was in the office at that time was very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the club house as that is not our scene. It is a lovely area with lots to see and do. There is a bus stop right outside the entrance to the site and a main line train station in Cromer with trains to Wroxham and Norwich. We will certainly return.
