We use this site every year at Easter as the start of our caravanning year and as an excellent site to take our grandchildren. It has all we need to both enjoy ourselves and for the grandchildren to be themselves and get things 'out of their system' ie the Club which is ideal when the weather is 'not so good' , the children can play poole etc.as well as the lovely walk down into Cromer along the cliffs and enjoy the simple centre of Cromer, with the tacky shops (which the children love) the chip shops, museum etc etc. We have always flown kites with the grandchildren on the big field above the cliffs and the kites seem to get bigger and better every year. The site is kept spotless and is up to or above the clubs usual standards, well done the wardens who were excellent. The club has had a re-vamp, some of our family joined us on Easter Saturday so we had approx. 12 of us using the club and having a family diner, (our daughter was also on site in a motorhome with her 3 children) The food and menu was 'fair' and service was OK but I think that is fair comment for what the club is, we did not have a problem with it and there were no complaints (apart from two barking and yapping dogs in the club) but you have to put up with that on a club site. Overall, an excellent site in an excellent location. We will always return because we enjoy it so much. We were also concerned about the presence of the police on site and for the length of time that they were there sorting out the van in the corner, we all wondered why the van was let on in the first place!!
Good Friday Stay
This was the first time that we had been here and we will be coming again. The site was immaculate, the facilities superb, very helpful and friendly staff, great food in the restaurant. More than we could ever ask for. Our dog was welcome also. Thanks very much.

EASTER WEEKEND 2018
Arrived at Seacroft Thursday p.m., (our first time on a CAMC site, been with C&CC for many years). Nice, informative and polite "meet & greet" booking in, chose our pitch, checked facilities, all very impressive. From then on, downhill. The land next door fired up a 24/7 generator, toilets that started off immaculate, the standards not maintained, and where filthy by Sunday, unable to clean the shower after use as the mop/squeegy was broken, so from then on, used the shower in
our motorhome. Never saw a Warden, out and about. Went for a meal in the Wanderer club house Easter Friday, not impressed and VERY expensive and poor service. Planned to try the advertised Easter Sunday lunchtime roast, expecting the clubhouse to be packed, only to find 1 x family of 4, 1 x couple, and my wife and I. All of us had the roast dinner, all of us sent it back, as the meat was tough and chewy, the vegetables not cooked, this with ice cream £11.95 per head, no one came out from the kitchen to see us, no offer of a refund, and terrible waiting staff. To finish this Easter weekend off, on the Sunday morning, we had uniformed Police and Police cars all over the site, Detectives, and Forensic Vans, escorting a camper van away. Not impressed, shall not visit this site again, despite it's ideal locality and transport connections.
A very cold week-end!
We were really looking forward to a few days on the North Norfolk Coast at Seacroft.
When we booked, we pictured ourselves taking walks along the beach (a 15 minute walk away) and visiting Cromer & Sheringham.
However, we had not expected 'The return of the beast from the East' which definitely resulted in this being our coldest break in our short motor homing story to date.
Despite the bitter weather, we have to say that we had a really good week-end.
The new Restaurant/Bar area at Seacroft is excellent, the food was better than expected and the whole facility was comfortable and well managed.
Rather than walking/freezing, we made use of public transport (the bus stop is just outside the camp site) to visit Cromer.
We will definitely return to Seacroft in future.
New Years Eve Dissapointment
Love this site we have been time and time again and have never felt the need to complain, I would give it 5 stars BUT New Years Eve was disappointing. It was overpriced at £35 per head including buffet. Sarah the events manager was unprofessional considering she has been in that position for 12 years and it felt like we had gatecrashed her party. Having complained in writing to the appropriate person I did not get a satisfactory answer hence my write up.
Whilst I appreciate that it is only mine and my husbands opinion we unfortunately will not repeat the experience.
Overall we had a good 3 nights away at this site and the site staff were superb it's a shame the same cannot be said of the entertainment staff.

New Year Holiday stay
We stayed at this site for the first time although we visit the N Norfolk area regularly. We were delighted with our experience. The site is immaculate, well arranged and maintained. Some of the most pleasant and helpful staff we have come across and that's saying something considering how good the club site staff seem to be around the UK. Recommended, we will be returning soon
Superb !
Second trip to Seacroft this Autumn and wish we could do more. Stayed on a serviced pitch this time at the top of the site which was ideal for the time of year. Plenty of space around us for the dog to stretch his legs ( on the extendable lead ). Despite it being late November, we found Cromer to be quite busy with a very nice atmosphere - can recommend the Red Lion for a late afternoon pit stop overlooking the coast.
Plenty of walks direct from the site so if you don't want to use the car you don't have to - middle of Cromer is a 15 minute walk and East & West Runton are a little further afield using the footpaths at the back of the site.
Site was usual standard and the Wardens were friendly as ever. See you in 2018.
can not wait to return next year!
Just had long wknd at site, have stayed at site nearby b4 but this site was so much better for location to towns, village and beach etc... showers and toilets so clean and workers so friendly, not sure who Mr 'disappointed' met? but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bar and food was excellent, in fact most of food l brought away we us wasn't used because we ate in bar every night! lol. Made to feel very welcome even our big dog gorgeous George! See u next time guys! :-) Jo Carl & George
A great location
As usual, a good welcome by the wardens, a good serviced pitch complete with tame robin and excellent facilities. What more do you need ?
