Love love love this site and so does my family. Returning for the second year in a row. Friendly staff. Clean showers always hot. Great location. Just a small stroll into cromer. Supermarkets Lidl and Morrisons close by. Massive serviced pitches in a lovely spot. My boy loves the space and the heated pool. We will be back next year.

We have stayed at this site many times now. During this visit 18 Aug to 22aug we were once again very happy with every aspect of our stay. friendly wardens, every facility clean and in good working order.
However due to a major influx of A very large group of people Cromer was seriously effected by crime and disorder. On the Saturday night the club house came under siege from them and around 30 people came into the club house and would not leave, most off the towns oter pubs etc had closed early for the night. After about 3 hours and with the assistance of many of the local constabulary they dispersed. The local police advised the site to close the club and swimming pool for 24 hours. The wardens did an excellent job of making everybody safe and head office employed security guards for several days to ensure the safety of all members.
I cannot speak highly enough of Paul and his team for their efforts and could not believe that other people wanted refunds as the pool and club house were closed for 24hours.
Once again thanks to all the team we will be returning in September

Just returned from a great 2 weeks at this site. Have been for many years now and this year was just as good. Wardens were friendly and the bar staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drink at the bar/restaurant was still great value and we had some lovely meals. The kids loved the park and the kids entertainment and we couldn't keep them out the pool. The only thing I'd say wasn't great was the later entertainment they put on. The kids made friends straight away. We had some fab days out crabbing and visiting the surrounding gorgeous villages and of course enjoying Cromer itself. The carnival was on one day we was there last week and was a great day out, which was a very short walk from the site. Loved it and will be back again.
Enjoyed a very good week here in early August and would highly recommend it. As with most sites everything clean and tidy and the wardens as helpful as ever.Very good club house offering good value food and drink and indeed very tasty food .The pool is also a great asset and was well used by my eleven year old. Cromer and the surrounding area are beautiful and would recommend a visit to Holkham hall and Blickling hall both of which we brought our bikes to and had a great cycle as well as visiting the houses. The only reason I didn't give 5/5 is that quite a lot of the pitches are VERY UNEVEN so some form of levelling device is necessary but will definitely be returning.
Being a mature couple, choosing a site that is perfect for families may seem odd, especially at the beginning of the summer break. However, our choice was based mainly on location, as we wished to explore this part of Norfolk.
The onsite restaurant/bar was the biggest surprise. The staff were very friendly, the drinks were competitively priced and the food was equally good value - to the extent that we never ventured into the nearby village to one of the local pubs for a meal, because we were content to eat in the clubhouse. Furthermore, much of the evening entertainment was very enjoyable, for both the adults and children. During the day, the swimming pool also kept the children occupied.
The bus stop at the site entrance included the coast shuttle bus and a direct bus to Norwich centre. Cromer is only about a mile away too.
So, to summarise, this site offers good value food/drinks with free entertainment and enjoys excellent public transport links.
Enjoyed a few days at this site.Easy to find from Cromer.Handy for buses either way Cromer or Sheringham,2 different companies but seem to run at similar times !!
Not many level pitches and some a bit near the pool, but handy if you want to use it,
Drinks and meals a bit on high side but again handy if you want to use it.Entertainment as expected.
Water not very hot at times and hubby said gents a bit smelly, but again that could be said for a lot of sites.
Didn't like being asked what time we were leaving by someone who wanted our pitch,it was only 10am and she said they were kicking their heels waiting for us to go !!!
Will return if not too expensive next year.
We visited in November 2016, as our fist motorhome outing. It's one of the few sites open at that time of year. This is one of the few sites that remain open all year round.
The site is well laid out, with varying amounts of shade. We found a great bay, surrounded by hedges, which gave us privacy. Some pitches had less shelter and those in the centre of the site had none. It was just a flat grass area, with no shade at all. I would imagine these would be used in the high season, when the site got busy. I still wouldn't want one of those, though.
Hook-up was a bit of a hunt, with much furtive searching behind other people's vans. I suppose people are used to that though.
The site is easy to find and drive into, although the minor road that runs past gets very busy. It is certainly not for cyclists, although, to be fair, they do warn you about this on the web site. So, take note. They do mean it!
The toilet / shower blocks were clean and warm - the latter is important in November. They did look a little dated though, but there were individual toilets, wash cabins and showers (where your clothes didn't necessarily get wet.) There were no combined wash and shower cabins though, which would have been handy.
There is a clubhouse, which was open, serving drinks and food, even in November. It was a little dated, cavernous and soul-less, but hey - they served food and drink.
The bus stop by the site entrance is great. We used the coast hopper to get up as far as Wells. You can use it for Cromer as well.
Great site, staff and weather. (12-19 June) The only downside during our stay was noise from military jets during several days and Saturday's band from the opposite end of the park (to be fair they stopped sharp at 1030.)
