Beautifully maintained and friendly

Really enjoyed a weekend break here. Despite being peak season and very busy, the site was very peaceful and relaxing. The wardens couldn't have been more friendly and the facilities extremely well maintained.  Great walk along the river Ant with the dogs, dropping in for a cheeky pint at The Dog on the way back.  A lovely site.

Good site

We were given a good location due to our disabled son (not a blue badge holder). Thanks to the wardens for that, the site was clean as were the facilities.  The only thing that stopped getting 5 stars was when connecting up my EHU cable I was stung by some nettles as the hedge behind the EHU post had not been cut back as well as probably should have been.  I then noticed there were quite a few stray brambles had grown from some hedges from various places around the site.  As we have young children (including a 2 year old) this was slightly disappointing as the rest of the site was excellent.

just spent 8 nights on this site the wardens were first class the cleanliness of the showers brilliant its a pity some of the members don't leave the toilets in a condition they would find them i am only saying that about the male toilets some are left in a disgusting state but the wardens do a marvellous job in keeping them clean overall the site is brilliant 10 out 10 to the wardens i appreciated what you did during my stay

July 2015

We booked in for a couple of nights but ended up extending our stay we enjoyed it that much. Very friendly and helpful warden and the site is kept spotlessly clean and tidy. Great location for cycling and walking from the site and a good location for exploring the broads. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Great Location for exploring

We stayed for 3 days and could have spent much longer exploring the area from the site. Its well cared for and the facilities are imaculate, grass mowed, flowers tended, freindly wardens....all you expect from a club site. We walked, we cycled and we hired a boat, so did loads in the time here. Good for families with children as there is a play area. Good for adults as there's a pub up the road. Breakfast at cafe at bridge was ok. Walk to visitor centre along the river Ant and cafe even better. Just loads to keep you busy within 20 mins drive.

On the Broad walk.

After our recent stay, I’m afraid to say there’s only one thing that can be said about this site. FANTASTIC!!! Despite the appalling weather, a month’s rain in one day and gale force winds the site is kept immaculate by Linda and her team of wardens, in fact, I would like to say, if there is an award for site wardens from the club, Linda and her team should get it. Their enthusiasm and eagerness to offer help and advice and their diligence to maintaining the site and just being there for members is well deserving of an award. Thanks team. Out and about, there’s plenty to do away from the water and all within easy reach of the site. If you haven’t visited the area before, visit the main Tourist Information in Wroxham and pick up the directions for a short introductory drive  to the Broads, visiting,  Salhouse Broad, Cockshoot Broad and Ranworth. Well worth a morning or afternoon outing. We just didn't have long enough but will certainly be back.

Perfect for walks and seeing the Norfolk Broads

We arrived and found everything as we should because it is a Caravan Club Site. What is it about the staff at these places? they have politeness in abundance, they work like slaves to make the place look clean and tidy, and the facilities cannot be faulted. You will not be disappointed.

Norfolk broads site

One of the best sites we have stayed on wardens were great ,site was very clean well looked after . turn left out of site in just a few minutes you are on the broads and a shop which sells all you will need , and a cafe next door.    turn right out of site and in five minutes you come the pub, there are a lot of things to do in the area.   K G
