Was staying here from the 17 till the 21 October with our grandchildren. We had a great time the weather was really good. It's a lovely clean well kept site and the staff are very friendly and work hard keeping the site up to a high standard. It's also walking distance to the shops. Will definitely be back. Keep up the good work
Short break
Stayed there for two nights & it's a good clean site & not far from the town centre & possibly come back to this site in the near future
Lovely break
Lovely well kept site. Good size pitches easy to reverse into. All local amenities close by. Plenty of food shops and places to eat. We stayed for a week and will definitely be returning next season
A great teosinte night break despite the weather
This is a great caravan park, the location is really good as a short walk takes you to all local amenities. The weather was poor but local takeaways deliver to the site. The site is immaculate throughout, the wardens work hard to maintain this standard. Will definitely return.
Excellent as ever
Another happy stay on this excellent site, 10-12 October. Facilities as clean as ever and the lady warden on duty very pleasant and efficient. It's almost a home from home for us as we have family living in Forfar. Thank you wardens, look forward to next visit.
Excellent site despite the weather !!
Just back from 3 nights on this lovely site with the rain relentless the whole time. Despite this we never saw any flooding or waterlogging of pitches. I booked a serviced pitch which was very generous in size (No 21) with good areas of grass around it. All facilities were near to hand with no extra long cables or drainage pipes required. Toilet/ shower block was immaculate with plenty of hot water and room in the showers. Lovely dog walk around the loch and great play facility for the kids. Short walk in to the centre of the town which has all types of shops and eateries required. Wardens very friendly and they obviously take a lot of pride in the site as even despite the horrible weather they were out maintaining the facilities. It is only a short drive for us but we will definitely be back.
Overnight stay
This was our second time at this site. Our last time was just after the caravan club purchased it. Lovely site and centrally located. I did fine it strange that the shower block is closed for nearly two hours but I took it to be as both male and female are entered by same door. For a new site I was a bit surprised by my consortium of keys and fobs. A fob for the barrier a big plaque with pitch number a brass disk with pitch number and two toilet block keys, a feedback suggestion would be have a coded entry for toilet block as a group of three adults wanting to use the facilities after one has gone not enough keys on the ring or was it to many!
First Visit
This was our first visit, but won't be our last. Lovely site with superb shower block. Wardens very friendly, and also very hardworking. Forfar town is just a few minutes walk away, and a gate from the site leads you onto a great park for dog walking.
This is another little jewel in the Caravan Club's crown.

Keep it local
Third or fourth visit here so taht kinda says it all - warm welcome. spotless facilities and site - wardens are borderline OCD keeping it clean and tidy! all praise to them. Thought I'd cover the surrounding area a bit more this report. Forfar a busy town with loads on - Tesco and Asda have stores here but the gems are the local shops - you must try a bridie at Sadlers bakery in fact try anythings at the tearoom there cheap and awesome. There a hardware store in town that is heaven to any diy'ers - if you need it they have it. clothes and gift shops are well represented and the butcher by the one way system has a superb range of meat. Plenty of takeaways and places to eat. Further afield check out Brechin Garden Centre - plants, gifts and a great restuarant. Kirriemuir isnt far with Visconti's cafe and a great visitor centre. Moving further out Perth, Arbroath, Dundee all worth a visit. So a great base for exploring
