Very Good Site

Culloden is clean tidy and well laid out. The facilities are excellent and is quite peaceful. It represents god value for members. The staff are helpful and constantly working around the site with routine duties and maintenance. Some of the hard standing is not level although not a great degree. Marker rocks have been placed at the margins of some pitches which can be a danger to a larger towing vehicles sills. Some of the site roads have now been beautifully blocked off with planters and barriers, so when coming and going from the site an entire tour of the site has to be made. This is a retrograde step. Still a good site.

nc 500 trip

We stayed one night here on our nc500 trip, found the staff very helpful and welcoming. The site is very clean and tidy as are the faclities. Fantastic dog walk next door in the forest, our greyhounds loved the chance for a run around. I even cycled round some of the forest myself. The site is close to a lot of local attractions, Culloden battlefield being the nearest. we also visited the Black isle brewery and Chanonry point to watch the moray firth dolphins( they didnt arrive).

Lovely stay

What a lovely site. From arrival where we were met by one of the most friendly wardens to our departure. Site was immaculately clean. Toilet block was very clean and tidy and could not find fault with anything. Will definitely be back again.

Idyllic Highland site

Every club site I have visited has been of a good standard at a minimum. This site, however, is exceptional. Very well managed & maintained, clean, great service and in an outstanding location, with great views. The very best site I have experienced.

Holiday

We stayed here for several nights loved how peaceful the site was and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless such an enjoyable stay and the location was great for us to use to travel to several places from culloden. THE ONLY BAD THING WAS THE MUSIC IN THE TOILET BLOCK, I AM NOT A LOVER OF MUSIC IN PUBLIC PLACES SUCH AS SHOPS, PUBS ETC AS IT IS ALWAYS TOO LOUD.

Lovely site with great walks

Stayed here for two nights. Excellent toilet block, clean, piped music etc. Pitches spacious but very few that did not need levelling blocks. Busy site with road noise. The dog walk is excellent as are the Forrest tracks beyond that. Walk to culloden battle site visitor centre is about 30 to 40 minutes. All in all a lovely site
