Ok for the attractions

Nice enough site for getting into the attractions. The number 3 bus stop is close to the site and takes about an hour to Regent Street. The facilities are ok though I think they are ready for an upgrade. We were disappointed to be allocated a pitch rather than being able to chose our own as with other sites but it was fine. Having said that, there were some I wouldn't have wanted.

excellent site

An excellent site, close to the center of London, only an hour bus ride to Regent Street, Very accommodating staff; not having on board toilet facilities in our VW Camper Van, we always request a pitch close to the amenities block when we book which has always been met.

Exceptional site run by exceptional people

We run Caravan sites in Bosworth Warks so appreciated all of the hard work that goes into the general maintenance and management of sites the personnel at this site are exceptional they continuously work hard to look after visitors their tips of restaurants to visitors were spot on with several in the top UK 100 the location is superb we like our own showers but on the several times we used the shower block it was found to be very good and very clean we again say to the staff THANKYOU

Over used showers

Higher percentage of motorhomes on site than caravans and because most motorhome showers are not up to the job the occupants use the site showers. Hence despite being cleaned every day the showers are in a poor standard of cleanliness. Also the shower block requires updating and the floor has a negative fall on it away from the showers causing water to run all over the toilet floors.

super site

Stayed here for five days from the third of june for my wifes birthday the site is clean but the shower block is looking a bit dated still clean tho. The No 3 bus service from across the road is spot on it takes about fourty five minutes but a pleasant journey passing paces of interest along the way and with a senior bus pass only £3 return and drops you off in the west end. We also purchased a two day original city sightseeing bus tour which included a trip down the Thames all in all crystal palace as everything you need to make a brilliant visit to the capital, will visit again for sure.

Second visit and equally good

We stayed for a couple of nights in early June on our way back home to France. We got there late following a series of major hold-ups, but fortunately there was a space for late arrivals. We checked in at 9:00 the next morning, although I would have liked an earlier start because I was going to a business meeting. The site is well located, with excellent facilities.

Crystal Palace

This is our first time of visiting this site. We could not fault it in any way. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The site is clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The location is brilliant, just five mins from a bus into Central London. We are looking forward to our next stay at this site. Our thanks to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Excellent site

This was our third visit to the site in the last nine months. As usual the wardens were welcoming, very friendly and more than helpful. They are on hand to give information for any requests. The site is always very clean and tidy. Pitches are spacious. Toilets, showers and laundry room are always well heated and spotless. Location is second to none for visiting our family in London. It certainly meets all our needs. Thanks for another great holiday. Hopefully it will not be long before we visit again.

Lovely wooded site; unexpected so near to central London. Close to buses and train. Very helpful wardens. Extremely popular site, so book well in advance! Crystal Palace Park good for cycling and walking.

Great for London

Stayed here several times our last visit was London marathon weekend. We arrived after 8pm on the Thursday used the late arrivals which was easy to access. The wardens where extremely freindly nothing was too much trouble. The facilities are excellent clean & plenty of hot water. We used the overland train to access London we walked though the park(about20mins) which we found quicker than the bus. We will certainly use this site again.
