We stopped here, on our Gretna Green wedding route.
Lovely place, clean, friendly and scenic.
Great by the waters edge
Fantastic as always
Spent 5 nights here at the beginning of May. Superb weather, location and atmosphere. Been here many times and will be back again!
Lovely location - just need to sort some details
Superb location. Shame that the grass remains uncut and the Wifi either does not work at all, or if it does, it is so slow as to be nearly useless. Certainly not gold standard.
Fantastic views and they have a drying room!
I'd heard great things about this site. The location is stunning. My pitch was right on the edge of the sea. The facilities are good and the drying room is essential in such a location! All sites should have one. No need for wasteful tumble driers!
However, I'm a dog walker. I walk around 8 miles a day at home. I look for sites which advertise dogs/walks etc. The " dog walk" was very poor. The "beach" was made up of huge pebbles and rocks but I used that rather than the somewhat dubious provision for dogs. I chose to go to Bunree as it claims it's good for dogs and walkers. It isn't in my opinion. Apart from the forrest walks across the very busy main road there is little else straight from the site. I did all 5 published walks in 2 days. You have to be prepared to drive by car or move your motorhome which I didn't really want to do given the distance I had driven to get there.
Mine are specific requirements so may not affect the majority of campers without dogs. However it may be time to review the criteria for an adequate "dog walk" given the ever increasing number of people turning to caravaning and motorhoming who have dogs.
Brilliant
Just joined club and this was the first club site we had visited, stayed for 5 nights (wished it had been 25) absolutely stunning, clean and friendly site, wardens very helpful and friendly, thoroughly recommend to anybody who has not visited

Beautiful Bunree!
Having seen photographs of Bunree we finally had the chance to visit and we were not disappointed, we arrived on a lovely sunny day so our first impressions could not be bettered. Unfortunately the peace and quiet was spoilt a little for us as over the weekend a large, noisy family pitched up just below us and ruined the tranquillity of the site, but this was only for the weekend, so we got to enjoy the site for the rest of our stay. Recommend the site to anyone.
Stunning View
This site has the most stunning views that one could find situated directly on the Loch. Just 10 miles away from Fort William. The wardens are very helpful and go out of their way to please and keep the site beautifully clean and tidy. If you want peace, quiet and tranquility this is the place to go. We were here for 3 days at the beginning of May and the weather was absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend this site.

Stunning site
Visited May 2015, and was amazed by this stunning site and its location. Cant wait to visit again.
Stunning View
We stayed here for one night whilst on tour and soon realised that this was worthy of more. Great shoreline site with fantastic views and conveniently situated near to Glen Coe and surrounding area of outstanding natural beauty. Clean, well maintained full facilities, with helpful friendly wardens. Who could want for more - will be back for a longer duration.

This is the perfect spot to get away from the crowds but be near to Glencoe & Fort William & routes north through the Great Glen & to the islands. The site is idyllically located with views down the loch and near to walks to surtounding hills & waterfall direct from the entrance. Facilities are well maintained, clean and warm. An added bombs is the excellent breakfast offered at the Onich Stores just a mile or so down the road. Freshly cooked & great value.
