This must be the jewel in the CMC crown- I can't imagine anything better. The view from our pitch was stunning and we would like to have stayed longer but the site was (understandably) fully booked. Will definitely go again and stay for longer.
The only slight downside was the (many) dog owners who did not use the dog walking area and, although they did pick up after their dogs, it is still not very pleasant three feet away from where you are eating your breakfast on your pitch.
We have just spent 2 nights at Bunree. This is a great site with stunning views and friendly and helpful staff. By chance I had booked a none awning pitch so we had the opportunity to pitch alongside the loch. We purchased. From the club shop a leaflet with local walks. We managed to do one of the walks. This involved the 10 minute walk to the ferry and then an approx 2 mile walk mainly through a forest. The walk finished at the pub before we caught the ferry back. This was an amazing walk and strongly recommended. We will most certainly make a return visit to Bunree
Nice site with spectacular views down Loch Linnhe. The pitches next to the loch can be a bit cooler as they are exposed to any wind. Facilities are spotless clean, but a bit outdated. Used the club wi-fi and was disappointed. Reception was good, but speed was really slow. So if this is a Gold wi-fi site I'd hate to think what silver and bronze site wi-fi are like.
We stayed overnight at this site on our tour of Western Scotland. Very freindly and welcoming staff and we checked in and got set up in no time. Dog walk on site that is not big but sufficient as our walks were long ones and during the day whilst touring.
Ckean warm shower block that was immaculate all the time we were there.
Spectacular views from the pitches , small well organised site never felt on top of neighbouring pitches. facilities bit basic and getting dated but still very clean and functional
Cant wait to return soon
We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and had the site plan explained to us, we found a pitch we liked and we settled in, the wardens were very friendly and helpful, the views are breathtaking , it would be worthwhile booking in advance for a lochside pitch but you cannot put up an awning on these pitches understandably.
There was an area for the dogs to exercise and a lovely walk from the site to the waterfalls, where the dogs could be let off the lead.
This is a great site if you like peace and quiet.
Thanks for a great visit
Stunning, small, immaculate site. If cycling or walking is your thing then take the Corran ferry which is a 10 min walk from the site - ferry is free for passengers and bicycles - cross the loch which takes 5mins, then go right or left! We enjoyed 4 days of tremendous cycling on deserted roads. The views are spectacular. Just wonderful!
Thank you for a lovely Easter long weekend!! This is one of the best sites I have been too; even with a busy Easter weekend, the sites are organized in a way that you never felt on top of your neighbours. Wardens very helpful, great views and close to some amazing walks in Glencoe. Cant wait to go back.

Excellent site staff very friendly facilities spotless views fantastic when no low cloud. Agree with fellow member due to the condition of the road surface in some areas driving can be challenging. Plenty of scenic walks is good for the outdoor family.
We arrived late after a very long diversion. It was dark when we arrived. However the staff member was welcoming. We awoke to a very nice view across the Loch. Probably the main attraction to this site. The facilities were ok - fairly standard for a club site, but given the size of the site there didn’t seem to be many. However as there were very few pitches occupied it wasn’t a problem for us.
