First time staying with The Caravan Club

Thank you for a wonderful Bank Holiday trip!! I have to say I was slightly concerned having read other reviews before arriving. I shouldn't of worried - everyone was helpful from staff to fellow caravanners and we were made most welcome. There was plenty of space and despite being busy and we found it to be peaceful.  The toilet and showering facilities were spotlessly clean during our stay. We will revisit - thank you ??

As good as the users.

We stayed for 3 nights, which were spoiled by fellow campers. Despite of the efforts by the staff, the toilets and showers were often found in a filthy state. This was due to a reluctance by others to use a toilet brush or squeegee, or leave rubbish in the bin. The floors were often found flooded and the toilets needing cleaning before use. An Italian told me that he paid, so why should he clean after himself. We were also woken on two occasions by loud conversations late at night. The site is fantastic, but perhaps I am too used to members only sites.

August 2016

We stayed here 5 nights in August. It is an excellent location for visits to London - we got a taxi to and from the station, it was so easy. There is lots to do in the area, we visited Box hill and Kingston. Staff were very friendly and helpful as this was our first proper outing in our caravan. Would definitely stay here again

Virgin Caravaners!

This was our first holiday in our own touring caravan and we chose the site as it is near to where our family live. It was high season and full so we were apprehensive, but the site was great and quite peaceful to say how many were staying (including children!). It was clean and well stocked and the staff were very helpful and friendly - especially when we couldn't get our tent pegs into the h/s for the awning and they lent us a claw hammer - brill! We will be back .............

Such a lovely place to stay

We have been coming here with the family for 3 years now and my children absolutely adore this site and all the staff who are so friendly and do so much for the children especially at Easter and Haloween and recently held a mini festival which was brilliant fun and for the whole family to enjoy. The site and facilities are always very clean, it's just a great peaceful place to come to not far from home and where the kids can meet new friends and we can relax and meet new people as well.

So helpful - first ever caravan stop couldn't have been better

As the title suggests, this was our first ever caravan stopover, we collected our caravan that day and promptly headed to Redhill. Please don't make our mistake and rely on satnav, schoolboy error. Thankfully, the staff answered our call and put us in the right direction! The site was delightful and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, even pointing out we had overpaid for our pitch. We were on white, instead of red peg! We are likely to return again if heading that way, but would select a grass pitch next time instead of h/s. The grass ones appeared to have more room, or maybe were under subscribed. The facilities on site were immaculate and spot on for our requirements. This great first experience of caravanning has certainly set a high benchmark and other sites will have a lot to live up to!

good peaceful site

just got back from a week at this lovely peaceful site, good friendly/helpful wardens, only problem I had, was being told that I couldn't walk my dog around the site, when the dog walking area was clearing overgrown

Lovely 4 day stay

We stayed at this site for 4 days over the weekend. The site is busy but layed out in such a way that it seems quiet. There is plenty of space and the wardens on site are simply the best. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to help. It felt like a home away from home. We were there for a big family gathering but will definitely return again.

Great site

This is a lovely site, the wardens are really cheerful and helpfull, would definatly go back again.  We found everything nice and clean and the shop had everything we needed (including the delicious baguettes).  Thank you for a great stay.
