Hope you get it sorted JVB. When the later bookings to March were released I booked a couple of sites and that's all I've done for next year, it's a good way to get York or Bristol. Can't think any further ahead at the moment.

I'm off back to the hospital this morning to have the clips taken out. Not looking forward to that, a stiff drink and a bullet to bite on might be needed. As if that's not enough I've an appointment with the physiotherapist after that. I think they might have to scrape me off the ceiling .

Just up in Berwick doing my bit for Queen and country. Its cold up here. Just had a look around the club site here (well from the roads around it) An interesting site as I've never seen a club site right in the middle of a housing estate, it does have good views though.

We're cooking lunch at the moment using the electric hob in the awning. After lunch there might a short time for a nap before starting work at 12 noon.

Hope it all goes well. Just remember no gain without pain especially when it comes to physio .  Do be sure to ask about how much pain is expected and how much is too much when it comes to exercise.

Malcolm I admit to slower starts to my work free days these days but you're always cooking lunch as i breakfast . I know you start at noon, but you breakfast too not much earlier than me when I worked. What about a decent brunch sometimes?
