OOH look I've found the old thread (it took a while )

Which one do you want to use? I didn't mind starting afresh.

I don't think we need two discussions on the same subject. Have a think and I will close one of them. Suggest perhaps that I close this one as there have been a lot of issues with blank pages. Let me know.
