Snagging list for new booking system

Following on from the introduction of the new booking system I think it would be valuable to list suggestions that could be implemented to improve the user experience of the new system. I very much hope at least some of these will be acted upon.

Have the local directions to Club Sites been removed or if not how do you find them ? I have allways found these valuable together with Google Street view when visiting a site for the first time

I am on the CMC app on Android 12  U.I. version 4.1

I can't see anything you mentioned? Are you talking about the view on a PC ?

Sorry my first choice on viewing anything on the Club website is a Windows PC/Laptop. Although I have both an Android phone and tablet I rarely use them for that purpose. Might have a look on the tablet later on.

This is my first read of this thread I may have missed it but is there an actual list of issues or you expecting someone to read this thread to work out what the issues are, if there is a list where can I find it.

Done that, it looks like the "Old Booking System " info page ? How can that be?? Its great to be able to see what we used to be able to use. When you try to book the link then goes to the New System, all very strange IMO.🤔

All the old site details are there as usual to browse unfortunately when you swap to the actual bookings area the site details lack details....wink (but it looks like this is device related at present.)

Sorry wedgy this isn't what I imagine a snagging list should be, it should be a list of actual faults just that, everything else confuses the issues, I think it would be difficult for someone to read the thread and decipher the faults I think they would loose intrest

I understand your point of view however I think it would be impossible to Just a list without people adding comments.

Just had a look on my Samsung Tablet in portrait view. Same principle as a Windows machine. Search for the site you want then scroll all the way to almost the bottom of the screen and the things that are listed across the page in Windows are listed one after the other. Just click on map and the instructions and location map will appear on screen.

It might be a case of separating the wheat from the chaff? I think initially some of the problems were about people not understanding the system so whilst genuine concerns were raised they may not have been "real" problems. People will of course also have an opinion on whether the system works for them. I suspect the system is now working reasonably OK and there are probably only a handful of things need attention. The requirement for the DOB being one and people wanting the old drop down site menu rather than what has been incorporated in the new system.  I am sure there are others particularly revolving around the App.
