April Holiday Break
Lovely welcome to site by wardens, as we did arrive late in the evening, which pleased us from the start.
The site is in a great location for peace and quiet, with plenty of walks surrounding the site.
Due to wet period we experienced a grass site isn't the best to have an awning on as the clean up end took longer than usual. But overall our stay was great, the facilities were clean and tidy, but as others have said, it's a bit dated, and in need of investment to raise the standard to meet other sites.
On another note, need to improve on TV & Sat Signal, and Internet access, but if your needed a quiet contactless break then this is the place for "away from it all" break.
