White Water Park Club Campsite
Visited site earlier this year, last month, and returned with two other units on my recommendation.
No need to worry, excellent site, facilities well up to standard.
The wardens organised the Halloween for the younger visitors, some of the older members seemed to be enjoying themselves just as much if not more, great atmosphere well done to all.
This site is on our family list now.
White Water park
We have used the site any times and the new hard standings are great. The wardens are Brilliant and very friendly as are all the volunteers but Andy and his wife always go the extra mile as they organised the Halloween parade much to the delight of the youngsters and many of the adults. Many Many thanks to all the staff

Pleasant surprise
From the minute you approach reception until you book out to leave you are pleased with how you are dealt, the facilities and the site as whole. The facilities were excellent, the site immaculate and the amenities block extremely well kept. One of the best sites I have stayed on and I will definitely return.

This visit we boarded a bus to Yarm and got off at Preston Park Hall and museum , very good value for money and excellent for families. the white water rafting is always enjoyable to watch

Forthill Caravaner
A beautifully maintained site, very friendly and helpful wardens. The flowers were lovely. Close to the town's amenities.
Floral welcome
Booked in here for 2 nights and after finding site (head for the Beefeater) what a surprise. Very warm welcome with flowers all around the entrance - the wardens have worked hard. On site it was very peaceful and walking in the area around the Barrage and proposed nature reserve kept husband and dog very happy. Large Asda within easy walking distance. Well worth a visit.
Local site to us, now even better.
Needing to check out a new caravan we decided to make a booking here as it is close to where our van is stored. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised, the entrance is a blaze of colour with the various flower displays that have been meticulously cared for during the season. The greeting at reception was, as always, pleasant and welcoming, with pitch information being passed on very clearly. Our stay over the weekend was enjoyable, we walked across to the retail outlets and had a walk along the river towards Stockton. The site has undergone refurbishment recently, it was always a really nice site now the improvements have enhanced it even more. The staff at the site have maintained it to a very high standard, everywhere was very clean and tidy and the new facility block is excellent. This site is close to home for us, it's still a great location for us if we need a short break away at a first class facility.

A great find!
Booked this site for 3 nights and would have stayed longer had there been availability but managed to get one extra night which was better than none! We had never been to this area and only booked the 3 nights incase we didn't like it but we loved it there. The site itself was immaculately cared for by the friendly wardens and the abundant floral displays were a credit to them. The toilet/shower blocks etc had been recently refurbished and were spotless and the best we've seen at a club site to date. We had booked a serviced pitch and so enjoyed the luxury of constant availability of running water and no waste water to empty. We could get used to this! On the doorstep of the site was a dog walkers paradise with a great choice of cycle / walk path routes to take them. There was a great choice of supermarkets within an 10 min drive and you could easily walk to Asda. Several dog friendly beaches were within 30 mins drive with a good selection outside seating areas for pub grub where dogs were welcome. The Beefeater beside the site was a wee bit on the expensive side but the food and service was ok. We were lucky with the weather which helped the overall experience. We would definitely put it on our list of sites worth returning to as well as a stop of point for a few nights on the way down south or on the return journey because of the location. A great find!
wonderfu' site
this was our first trip as a caravan and motorhome member and we were not disappointed this is by far one of the best sites we have stayed on very friendly helpful wardens lovely well maintained site toilet and shower facilities are immaculate booked for 2 nights and we were going to book for extra nights but the weather changed our minds cant wait to return friendly pub and restaurant at the entrance and excellent dog walks
Beautifully kept site!
We had a most enjoyable six night stay on this site, along with our two grandsons. What an immaculate site this is. The floral displays in the entrance are lovely, and the site, games room, toilets etc. are kept in a pristine condition by the very friendly, helpful and hard working Wardens. They are a credit to the Club. On our first ever visit to the area they were prepared to spend time to ensure we got the most from our visit. The site had a lovely atmosphere, and although an oasis in an industrial area, there were many things to see and do. Our grandsons loved the Air Trail, the Barrage and it's cafe, the TeesTransporter Bridge, and also the vast Retail Park on the doorstep! We had a trip out to the pleasant coastal resort of Saltburn, and will need to make a return visit for them to climb Roseberry Topping
