Great site excellent faciities fantastic wardens
Been a regular for many years have seen wardens come and go. Top marks to Andy and June for professionalism and friendliness.I have had problems with my mobility ie hip replacements. they have helped myself and my wife on many occasions and have bent over backwards to help us out.
First time back since upgrade
We used this site regularly before the upgrade but this was the first time back since then. The site appears to have changed very little but the narrow entrance gate has been improved and the site is now largely hard standing which have been incorporated without problem. The site is flat and typical club layout. The site is grassy and the pitches well spread out and not regimented. There is decent play area and large toilet block. For food there are two large supermarkets nearby. Well worth a visit.
Everything First Class apart from the WiFi
Everything First Class apart from the WiFi which is very slow.

Super Site
We stayed at the Whitewater site for only one night but we will definetly return. It is a well laid out site with good , well spaced pitches. The toilet block has excellent facilities , including a games room. The facilities were scrupulously clean. There were many families on site taking advantage of the nearby canoeing and sporting ventures.
Amazing
We stayed for 4 nights over the Easter Holidays, and although the site was full it did not feel that way. The faculties were spotless as you always find at Caravan Club sites. The wardens were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this site to others even for a quick stopover or for a longer holiday.

Hidden Jewel in the North East
We have stayed here several times and enjoyed our time here. Visited last week and very impressed with the new hard standings and toilet block. Wardens were friendly and site well kept. Although no dog walk on site the surrounding countryside Portrack Marsh is a dog paradise. Plenty of off road cycling close to the site. Good location next to Tees Barrage.

Easter weekend
Very good site. The wardens are friendly and busy all the time maintaining the site. There is some noise from the nearby roads but nothing too obtrusive. The facilities are first class, always kept very clean. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this site, we will be back for the bank holiday weekend.
Hugely improved
We have stayed at White Water many times, although it isn't too far from where we live in the moors. For us it is a chance to be close to shops and other facilities. This was our first visit since last year's refurbishment. What was a good site before is hugely improved. Previously I always booked a serviced pitch to ensure a hardstanding. With the majority of pitches now hardstanding this is no longer necessary (except perhaps for a late arrival at the very busiest times). There are still some grass pitches for those who prefer them. The toilet block has been smartened up and the dishwashing area is now enclosed. There is lots to do close by (within walking distance) and the site has a surprisingly rural feel given where it is.
Room for everyone
Excellent site well placed for retail access as well as country/riverside walks. We stayed for 4 nights and all was perfect until the Friday when families with children arrived. Several of the children were using scooters to speed around the site on both the paths and roads jamming open the gate to the facilities block in order to form an uninterrupted 'circuit'. There was also a game of leaving a scooter in the middle of the road and watching from the roadside to see how the driver negotiated the obstacle. We did report this to warden but as we left on Saturday morning cannot comment on how it was addressed. Asking parents to rein in exhuberant children even if for their own safety is not an easy task. So although all the facilities and surroundings were ideal I think we'll look to avoid visiting on weekend and school holidays.
