Perfect site for us
We have just spent 2 days at this site, our "First" CAMC site since joining, we needed it to be very close to shops/town as wife is disabled and we will not use buses, it was perfect only 5 mins walk to all amenities. We were a little worried based on all the negative reviews about the attitude of Kathy, (the site has its rules and it seems to me if you follow them everything is fine) however she could not have been more helpful as was her husband, we were in the queue to enter site and he checked with us and once he was aware of the wife's requirements he immediately reserved a pitch right next to the entrance and facilities etc. Once we had checked in he helped us park up and get our motor level etc. We had a lovely chat with the owners after the main rush of visitors had passed, they explained how to get to places and how to pre-request a suitable location at future sites etc.
There was a friendly squirrel that would come right up onto the steps of our motorhome in the morning and after a bit of bread was given it was waiting for us the next morning.
We will be returning again very soon
