A beautiful place to relax and recharge your batteries

Treamble Valley is a lovely clean well maintained place to stay.  the veiws are breathtaking. The grounds are spotlessly clean and the staff are the friendliest by far we have met. Greeting us whilst we came and went always a smile and a wave when we passed reception.the toilets and showers warm clean and the radio playimg at all times. Its the little touches that treamble Valley set themselves apart from the other parks we have visited and we are pretty new to caravaning so these touches are very important. I would definately recommend treamble Valley to other caravan users and we will definitely return for a second visit even though we are a six hour drive away. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay  so memorable you do an amazing job. Mr and Mrs parker nottinghamshire.

Ideally situated

This holiday started really well, site staff elsewhere have always been friendly, but this is the first place where we have been 'wished' a good holiday when booking in, strange that nobody has ever said it before! The site is incredibly well maintained and felt really spacious. Walks from the site are plentiful, a brisk (ish) 45 minute walk is enough to get to the beach at Holywell Bay with the briefest of sections on public roads (well lanes really). I know what some will say ('its your own fault'), but we did make one astounding error, our last week included Bank Holiday weekend and half term; to which I would say yes, but. The but is, the children were fine, it really is a great place for them to be with excellent facilities, but some times the parents can be a bit much!

One of the best sites !

We spent a week on this site in June. The site is spotlessly clean and tidy. The wardens are very friendly and helpful. If you have children they will love the playground, one of the best equiped we've seen. It's very peaceful with wildlife around. The site is conveniently placed for site seeing in both directions. Will definitely be back !

Just love this site

We go to Treamble every year and just love it, the wardens are fantastic, the new boiler means you get power showers and the dogs love the large dog walk.  It is so relaxing there.  I never want to leave.  My personal favourite caravan club site in the whole country.

Lovely peaceful welcoming site

We stayed here for a peaceful night after escaping early from an "interesting" none Caravan Club site on The Lizard. What a pleasure to stay at Treamble Valley - absolute silence apart from the birds, wardens who couldn't have been more helpful and facilities that were clean warm and welcoming.  The dog walk was great much better than most all in all we had a lovely faultless stay and we will be back.

Peaceful and scenic

Spent a week at Treamble Valley in May with one son and his two beloved whippets who, with us and our Jack Russell, had a fabulous time on all the nearby beautiful sandy dog friendly beaches. The site is amazing -quiet, spotlessly  clean facilities - wonderfully helpful wardens who manage the site so well. We had an electrical problem with our van and they were so helpful, finding us an engineer who came out at 6.30PM to fix the problem. They also, quite rightly, reminded me to drive at 5mph on the site! Sorry.....an oversight due to us all chatting. Thanks for a lovely week. My wife and I are back at Treamble for 2 wks in June - and I promise to behave!

Unsatisfactory

We have stayed here because of excellent location in August year after year after year.  Last year really was the last time.  Every year there is just a couple of wet, boggy, swampy pitches left when we arrive which we have to take for a 3 week break.  As soon as it rains it's boggy, muddy and we have even had our towing vehicle get stuck parked next to the caravan without towing the caravan!  There are different wardens each year who are pleasant enough but unsympathetic to our despair of the swamp we are living in for our main 3 week holiday with the children. The men's toilet block had a broken toilet door when we arrived last year and after about 10 days the warden came and accused my teenage son of breaking it! So rude! Location is brilliant but would not recommend this site for families or long term main summer holiday break. Our car broke down last year and was in a garage in Cornwall so because of the remote location of the site our friends/family staying in Cornwall collected our children each day for days out, which seemed to cause extreme distress to the wardens. Our second car (the non-towing little car) got stuck in the mud outside our swampy pitch too. There are some hardstanding pitches, but too many caravans crammed into areas not suitable as in swampy, boggy dips at the bottom of hills.  I was so distressed last year and should have probably asked for a refund.  The wardens cordoned off our pitch when we left (the tractor had to tow us out) and said it was unusable, even though they had stuck us there for nearly 3 weeks! Dreadful!

Blindspot

An excellent park, good spacious pitches, an ideal location for surfers as Newquay is approx 4 miles from camp, perrinporth is another surfers delight situated within easy reach. The site is excellent with good facilities including outdoor shower forr washing  wetsuits through, one down side is no phone signal, the television signal is non existent, but can rectified by plugging an aerial lead into the hook up point which have  aerial sockets  built in, this affords an excellent picture & i received over 100 channels, extended aerial leads are available on site  ask a warden for details, overall excellent site, would definately visit again.

Second time out this season

Once again another excellent site to visit. The facilities are first class, the site looks wonderful and welcoming. The site provided a comprehensive guide to walks around the area. Holywell Bay and Perranporth walks were great fun. We managed to find three Inns and enjoyed the food. I recommend this site and I hope you enjoy it as well.
