Another fantastic stay

Booked for a few days over easter whilst son had job interview in Newquay. Ended up staying longer as needed to find him somewhere to live. Booking the extra nights was no problem ended up leaving our caravan down there in the storage area as we plan regular visits. The wardens on site were very helpful and friendly, as were their dogs with our young puppy. Many thanks to them for the help. Will back soon.

Great site

We stayed here Easter 2015, the weather was fantastic which obviously made our stay more enjoyable. Great location within easy reach of Newquay/perranporth and lots more. We did the walk to Perranporth, beautiful and took 1 1/2 hours with children in tow. The site is very clean and spacious, when we arrived we looked for a spot, then waited and waited to actually get on. Little bit annoying as we had travelled a long way. Especially when there wasn't any others waiting. We stayed next to the play area, this was great as the children could play happily, although it wasn't quite finished it didn't bother than at all. The staff actually gave them an Easter egg to compensate. This was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay here again. Staff very friendly and keep the site spotless.

Here Again

We often start our year here. its good to start somewhere you know you can trust, and off season its nice and quiet. the site is well kept and clean, with very friendly staff. they have put more play facilities for the younger children to enjoy this year, though if there is one thing lacking the older kids are not really catered for. but as the beach is but a 10 min drive away no problem. love coming here and will come again this year for a short break. If you want your mobile to work unlucky. they go crazy as you leave the site :).

One of the best sites we have visited

What a find - why have we not been here before? Lovely quiet location but close enough to the usual facilities in Newquay/Perranporth.  A bonus for us was the total absence of a mobile signal (site sits in a valley) meaning that we could enjoy a week away without being bothered. The only disappointment which was of no fault of the Site Team, was the over running work that was taking place on the children's play area meaning that was not available to use for most of our stay but this did not truly disappoint, as the children were able to go about on their scooters. My only moan was at the expense of fellow Caravan Club members who steadfastly refuse to follow the 5 mph rule. I just hope it is not one of their family that gets hurt - remember, chill, it is not a dirt track and why are we in such a hurry? Surely we are on holiday!  Also, the way some left the toilets after use left a lot to be desired. But these are minor moans and will not put us off from returning on another occasion.
