Brilliant Site

We have been coming to Treamble Valley for 11 years now and always stay for three weeks. We love it, every year meeting the same people who have also been coming for years. The toilet block is always clean and only had to queue a couple of times for a shower {but we do come right in the middle of the school summer holidays so you dont mind having to wait occasionally}. Its a lovely site for children, with a brilliant park and its lovely that they make friends straight away and can safely go off and play. Also a brilliant site for dogs. We never use the dog walk because there are footpaths that run straight out of site into the beautiful countryside. We like to walk to the closest pub, The Smugglers Den. It takes about half an hour as we take the long route cross country through the sand dunes, so the dogs get a good walk before we get there. Cant wait to come back next year.

Won't return

Pretty site if you are put on the upper levels but down the hill is not good, noisy and too open. Not told as first time CC camper that electric hook up requires you to turn plug in socket to right to get power?? So no power first night very convenient with two young grandchildren. Play area too enclosed can't see children inside and requires adult supervision up to 10 years old.... Hoards of skateboarding youths making the road dangerous for all as the incline up until very late into the night. Dog mess near our pitch had to ask warden to clear up. Dog owners were walking their dogs all over the grass and warden said ' unlikely to make a fuss to the dog owners as CC don't want to lose members' well that's a good reason why as a non dog owner I might reconsider membership next year! Positives are clean loos and showers and helpful wardens. Not convinced this site deserves such good ratings, been to better non CC sites.

Summer stay at Treamble

After a disastrous start to our holiday on a none caravan club site,  we moved to this delightful site. We had a wonderful, secluded pitch towards the top end (the place to be if you seek peace and quiet as the lower end is near to the playground and could be a little noisy). The wardens were superb and extremely helpful. The site is very pretty with lots of lovely walks and the children's playground is the best we have seen on a caravan club site. We will definitely return here next year!

Site wardens were really friendly and helpfull. Helped us park our caravan as our van broke down, and they became our receptionists passing messages back and forth with AA.The site was spot on very clean and the park is amazing the best park on a caravan site in this country

Pleasant stay

Stayed last 2 weeks July,  and site was full and busy. Two points to make,  we had to hire blocks because of the sloping site which was all that was available when we arrived, no mention of this in the club book, also we feel another toilet block is needed especially if you are in the bottom field. The wardens did a great job considering the number of caravans, people on site

Really improved site

It's a few years since we've been here but we really enjoyed our long weekend. The location is excellent and the improvements to the play area were much appreciated by our two! It's a lovely, peaceful, friendly site and we will definitely be back soon!

Lovely Site

After visiting Perranporth over the years and staying on other touring sites, this one has to be the best  by far. Its very quiet even though there is a  children's play area, the toilet & showers are nice and clean with plenty of hot water the site is kept nice clean and tidy.   The wardens were also very polite  friendly and helpful.  We will be visiting again next year.

July 12th for 2 weeks

This is the 4th year we have been here and as usual the site was spotless and the wardens always seemed to be on the go keeping it that way and being friendly and helpful at the same time. We moved a couple of days after we first arrived so we could get the pitch we wanted in a quiet corner overlooking the fields. The fish van is handy for the day you arrive and the fish were lovely, also a butcher and a pizza van visits the site a couple of times a week. The dog walk is one of the best and prettiest we have ever been on although spoilt by a few people who cant be bothered to get the poo up and put it in the many bins provided. we shall be back all being well again next year xx

Brilliant fortnight stay

We had a great stay here, leaving on Wednesday.  Arriving at 1300 on a Thursday, we found it difficult to find a suitable pitch for an 8 m unit plus awning and annex - lots of the pitches slope and chocks are needed, however after trying snd failing on one pitch, an alternate was suggested and was close to the play area. My parents moved pitches the day after we arrived thanks to the suggestions from the wardens so we could be located together.. The wardens were always friendly and busy from morning till night.  Suggestions for improvements would be a second toilet block at the bottom end of site abs an attempt to level some of the grass pitches.  A fantastic fir the play area, the children preferred the park to the beach.  See you next year!
