This is a great Caravan site, great for us as it is close to friends whom we cycle with, great facilities and friendly staff. Probably the best Chip Shop and Ice Cream shop within 500 yards. So what's not to love?

Summer 2016
This is an excellent site,well run and in an ideal location.
We use this site,usually several times a year when visiting family in the area and have only one complaint.
The WiFi is intermittent and the internet connection also can be very slow compared to other club sites that we use.
This has been the case since the site opened and really needs to be looked at,given how busy it is during the summer months.
Other than that,we would give it 5 stars.
Excelled our expectations
We had heard lots of negative stories about Aberdeen so didn't know what to expect. What a great site , the site is next to an Art Deco outside swimming pool the water was lovely and hot which is filtered sea water and great value. The fish and chips from The Bay chip shop is a must and I have never had an ice cream as big as the one from Betty's again great value. Lovely walk to the castle and the promenade into the harbour is a great little walk on an evening. I can really recommend this site and I would return.

We love this sure and visit it a few times each season.
We were disappointed at the grounds this trip as they are not looking the best with long grass and lots of weeds.
The facilities were as we always found them, very clean and tidy.
All in all still a good trip and we will be back again before the end of season.
Lovely site
Wonderful site, lovely walks round the bay peaceful if you need it. Bus X7 to Aberdeen 45 mins fast bus. A good Co-Op got everything plenty of little shops and cafes. Wardens Domic & Sharon very helpful nothing to much trouble and very clean facitilies.
Simply perfect!
What a wonderful site, the facilities are superb, and spotlessly clean. The site was full, but certainly didn't feel like it. The Wardens are a credit, friendly and helpful, and keep an eye open for the odd wayward child. Lovely close proximity to the beach, and the Fish and Chips from just down the road were amazing! Will certainly be back!

Great
Enjoyed our stay here very much. Staff are friendly and helpful. A well kept site in a lovely area. Good shops in the town, 2 really good pubs by the harbour (especially the Marine), and the best fish and chips and ice cream on the doorstep!
We travel as a couple, so I can't honestly comment about the site's suitability for children, though I guess it's really good.

Excellent site
Got the smell of the sea as we arrived at the site - lovely. Right next door is the 50m open air swimming pool, a great facility much enjoyed by us and the grandchildren. Easy walk into town which has good facilities - butcher, baker, supermarket and a decent pub at The Ship Inn by the harbour. Caught the X7 bus to Aberdeen and had a good day out there. Wardens at site couldn't have been more helpful. Definitely warrants a return visit.
Lovely Location
We stayed at this site for 8 nights on a serviced pitch. The location is very good just a walk along the prom to the shops and a longer walk to the harbour which has an ice cream shop which must be visited, various flavours to try. There is two public houses in the harbour area where you can sit outside and enjoy a pint in the sun.
If you are able to walk to Donnottar Castle past the war memorial there is a truly outstanding view out across the sea, there is a catering van and toilets in the car park for refreshments should you require them.
Lovely site lovely area great wardens we will be back one day hopefully sooner rather than later!!!
