Outstanding Club Site

We stayed three nights in early April 2016 and enjoyed the break.  The wardens run the site very well and in most respects it was a perfect stay  My only constructive comment is aimed at fellow dog owners - if we don't clean up after our pets in the dog walk area guess who is going to tread in it? - be a responsible dog owner.

Great Site.... perfect for families

We stayed at the site for a week over Easter, 2 adults a 7yr old child and dog. The weather was a little changeable, however it didn't impact the overall enjoyment. The site is perfectly located for Cromer and the nearby beach at East Runton. The location is great for exploring the local area, with Cromer and Sherringham just a short drive away. The likes of Wells-next-Sea & Brancaster are also well worth a visit. The site is easily accessible, however signage from the road is easy to miss. We had a serviced pitch which was fantastic and will make it difficult to go back to a normal one :(      The best pitches are located to the rear of the site on the elevated (new) area with great views out to sea, also very quiet. Facilities (WC/Showers) are all modern and very clean, with an ample amount for all. The club house has evening entertainment, but we decided not to partake during our stay. As mention in some other reviews the food in the bar/restaurant is quite expensive compared to comparable eateries. We ate there twice and both times we were very pleasantly surprised with how good the quality and quantity was... top marks to the chef!  Overall a great site with excellent facilities. Will definitely be back again!

Great location

We visited Seacroft for the weekend and found it a peaceful site. The facilities were always clean and the clubhouse was a bonus. We had a lovely meal on the Saturday evening and the entertainment was good. Will definately return again.

Great location friendly site

Very good location and facilities, friendly place without the usual bustle of East coastal towns, we can recommend the restaurant on site for good food. Very nice coastal walk into Cromer, takes about 15 minutes to get there. If you like to venture out for food in the evening then book in at the Banningham crown at Banningham, it's about a 20 minute drive but well worth it, fantastic food at a cost of about £20 - £25 per head for 2 course. Will definitely come back to this site again.

Fab site, added bonus of clubhouse on site.

Lovely site,  dog friendly, child friendly, first time using a serviced pitch, and was well worth the extra, we will be booking serviced pitches wherever we can from now, would be nice if a play park could get put in the middle of the serviced pitches, very quiet site,  we liked it so much, we stayed on a further 2 nights, instead of heading to another site, the club house was a great addition to the site, with entertainment in the evenings in peak season,  which the kids enjoyed. There is a small outdoor pool which is open May -September. The beach is a short 10 minute walk,  quite rocky, but if you check for low tide it is a lovely sandy beach once you have walked over the rocks,  our dogs loved it. We walked to Cromer from Runton on the beach which is about 3 miles away, where u can find the traditional seaside shops, ,, but please note Cromer is a small town,  you won't find the major places like, Tesco, Asda, Pets at home, Go outdoors, there are NO fast food restaurants (mcds, BL, KFC )  which is a bit of a dissapoinment,  but the No1 fish and chip shop is very nice.

Lovely, friendly site

We stayed at this site over the 2016 Easter break. The site is immaculate and well kept. We arrived at 740pm and received a friendly, warm welcome which was so lovely after a long drive.  We got set up on one of the new serviced pitches and settled in for the night. The next morning we woke to a glorious sunny day and a smashing view of the sea.  A note about the serviced pitches: you may need a longer water hose but there is a good caravan accessory shop 2 miles or so away in West Runton. With a club and swimming pool (open May to September) on site, this site is family friendly and suited us very well with a 14.5 month old boy. We ate at the club a couple of times and enjoyed our meals and the beer was good. The Manager of the club was helpful and friendly, though some of the younger bar staff could learn from the wardens and give a warmer welcome. There is lots to do in the local area and quite a bit of it is within 1-3 mile walk. Cromer has old-fashioned charm and Sheringham is pretty. We enjoyed Wells-next-the-Sea (a 40 minute drive away) and can highly recommend Whins Cider and Apple Juice shop and Wells Deli.

Christmas at Seacroft

Yet another enjoyable stay at Seacroft - as usual plenty of hot water and warm shower block. The weather was kind and we managed a few long walks on the beach with our springer spaniel Webley. We enjoyed a barbeque breakfast on christmas day and chilled out.

Fantastic Club Site

We really love this site and it was great to have the Christmas/New Year break there.  The Wardens are so helpful and friendly always welcoming.  The refurbishment is fantastic.  Cannot wait to go again later in the year.  Just love it.  December 2015-January 2016 stay.

FIRST CHRISTMAS AT SEACROFT

Well I have read the other reviews I can say we can not fault this site, we have stayed here before in the summer and found the Staff very friendly and helpful as usual, we arrived two days before Christmas  everything on site for us no worries about cooking and entertainment satisfactory, Christmas dinner was very good and the staff I feel done a magnificent job plenty to eat and drink. One gripe I have and it is not the fault of the Wardens, I have two dogs and use the dog walk and clean up after my dogs but there are still some dog owners who think there are poo fairies in the dog walk leaving it for others to clear up.
