One of our favourites!

We've just returned from our third year of visiting this site with our grandsons during their summer holidays, and yet again it has delivered! For adults there's the luxury of a bar/restaurant with take away food available, and for kids there's the pool together with the clubhouse. The facilities are kept immaculately and there's plenty of provisions in the shop at reception. All the wardens were very  welcoming, friendly and smiley. As grandparents we appreciate that the site is big enough to have the facilities for children, but compact enough to be safe and allow them some freedom. The new serviced field is definitely worth the extra cost if you like to shower in your own van.

FANTASTIC SITE

My wife, my 8 year old grandson and I have just returned from 5 day stay at this site. It was fantastic. A beautifully laid out site with superb toilet facilities including spotless washing up facilities and laundry. The wardens were extremely friendly and welcoming and the there was a very relaxed atmosphere all round. The bar / restaurant / club house was great and the take away menu was exactly the same as the restaurant menu so there was a great choice and the food was very good. What capped it was the swimming pool. It is outdoor but heated and was absolutely ideal for children because it was 1 metre deep at the shallow end and just 1.2 metres deep at the deep end. Just perfect for youngsters and there was a small baby pool too. I would say this is a perfect site for families but also for those without families as even with loads of children out and about around the site it just seemed quiet and peaceful. Once again this was a fantastic site and we will definitely return next year but for a longer stay this time.

lovely family site

we stayed here from Saturday 30th July for seven nights and despite getting here for 12.20 pm we didnt have much choice of hard standing pitches that proves how popular it is are grandaughter loved the site because of its swimming pool and evening antertainment which also provided kids shows she made loads of friends as well. Its only a twenty minute walk into the centre of cromer and there is also a bus stop just at the gates, all in all agreat site for families we will be back next year.

Great family site

Seacroft is a great site for families due to the pool and it's location to the beach, 5 mins over the road from the site is a good dog friendly beach,it can feel a bit crowded in the field so i would recommend trying to get a hardstanding pitch around the edge of the site, due to its location it is busy during the school hols but like any cc site when darkness comes everything goes quiet.

Commercial or CC site

I found this site too be more of a commercial site than a Caravan Club site and very similar to what you would find on the lincs east coast, on the 23/7/16 the site was totally booked and with all the scooter, skate board and bike traffic speeding around in any direction breaking the 5 mile per hour speed limit it is an accident just waiting to happen, a quiet time of the year might be more appropriate.

Not quite right

Seacroft is a lovely positioned site, very convenient for the Norfolk coast and close to Cromer.  It is nearly always full probably because of the bar and restaurant and swimming pool etc. The main part of the site does seem a bit busy as it is one big field although there are some pitches round the edge. This time we stayed in the new area of serviced pitches which was great and you can see the sea but it seemed a shame that the new planting all round the edge has been left to fall over and some weeds were four foot high. Overall the grass and pitch areas were not maintained at a very high level. It seems that this very busy site cannot be run by just two couples? Have to say how excellent the meals were in the restaurant.

Great location

A quiet site with good facilities. Its location allows us to visit wildlife sites like Cley, Blakeney Point and Sherringham Park needing only short journeys. We have previously visited the Broads from here as well.

Excellent holiday

We recently stayed at seacroft it was very welcoming, staff couldn't do enough for u shop is understocked and u have to order things eg papers etc. Entertainment was good and bar well stocked. Swimming pool was a constant 30 degrees. All facilities are immaculate. Site is mostly level with a few pitches by trees. Site is very close to Cromer easy walking distance. Only bad thing is wifi signal is shocking! And 3 phone signal is none existent but on a whole a brilliant place to visit.

Seacroft Short Break

This was our first stay at Cromer and what a delightful area it is. We were amazed by the variety of bird-life on and around the well managed Seacroft site. As others have mentioned, it is a shame that more visitors do not attend (during our stay) the excellent evening entertainment but all who did, enjoyed it none the less. The walk into Cromer includes only a short distance and one crossing of a coastal road with several options to access the beach (some much steeper than others). We enjoyed Cromer, there is a nice friendly atmosphere, plenty of eateries, some pleasant walks and lots of lovely sea air. We will definately be back!
