Enjoyment

Great, spotless site; kids enjoyed it (safe); helpful, cheerful and happy wardens, great place - very expensive however for the level of facilities provided, but that applies now to most of the caravan club sites.

First class site

Best site I have visited so far (visited 6-7 over the past 12 months) site was very tidy, grass, Gravel, toilet block, pitch and the bar was a real bonus. Entertainment on site was very handy. Good food at a reasonable price. Staff very helpful and polite. Will be coming back again

One of the best campsites we have stayed at.

From the time we booked in on Friday afternoon until we left Monday morning we could find no fault with this campsite. This was a lovely family site and it was a pleasure to see the children enjoying themselves and very well behaved dogs. The showers and toilets were very clean with lots of hot water turned on by tap, none of this pushing a button every few seconds and the building was lovely and warm. The whole site was clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We did not make use of the bar and obviously the swimming pool was not up and running but we did have an evening meal which was from the carvery which was very good. We will definitely return.

Lovely site

This is a lovely site, extremely good location, we stopped for six nights last week, the staff are lovely the only downside we can think of is that at busy times the toilets are at full stretch, particularly the men's, think sites would be better if there were less washbasin cubicles, less urinals in the men's and more toilets,

Something for all ages

This site has something for everyone slow relaxing or a little more lively with entertainment on the complex I must say the 2 nights we went along both the singing acts were extremely good. The food in the restaurant is a good standard and not over priced. The wardens here were also the most friendly and helpful that I have come across . The site facilities are as usual a very clean high standard. The site is very well positioned to easily enjoy the North Norfolk Coast.

Lovely Location

Our first outing of 2017 and our first time in this part of the country. The site was easy to locate and wide entry made access easy enough. Once checked in selected a site and set up with ease and started to enjoy the sunshine. The site is a mixture of grass and hard standing all of which are kept spotless. The shower block was big enough and I never found it busy but it is early in the season although the site was half full. Facilities were clean and tidy as you would expect from a club site. The usual small shop on site sells the necessities if you run short but the town of Cromer is only a short distance along the road either on foot or by car. Bus stop directly outside the site gates in both directions. Swimming pool was closed while we were there but it seemed quite small and could be overcrowded in peak season, We never used the clubhouse but there was entertainment arranged in the evenings and the bar was also open in the evening as was the kitchen. We were only on site for 3 nights but enjoyed the visit and would recommend the area and this site to anyone thinking of visiting.

Excellent site and staff

We took our two grandchildren (3 and 5 years old) with us for a short break 2/3/4 April and were amazed to find almost all the facilities open this early (all except the pool). The staff were exceptional, especially with our grandchildren; toilets, showers and wash rooms were immaculate; restaurant and bar facilities were very good, with happy hour(s) prices lower than most places in the area and entertainers every night. There is also a good children's play area and it is close to Cromer and the beach. Cannot praise this site enough

Great site with a great team

Our first caravan day away to test our skills and build our confidence in towing and enjoying a CC site. We chose a local site and what a lovely experience it was, made all the more easy by the friendly wardens that couldn't do enough for us. We enjoyed it so much we stayed for a second night and can not wait to go back. Entertainment good with one night of hysterical children's entertainment. Very quite site, lovely!

Nice seaside site, pity about the confessing pitching requirements

Yes nice, well located seaside site, basically a flat field with the later added ervice pitch area. Easy for the beach and Cromer, bus outside. Pity that the Wardens are not all singing from the same hymn sheet. On arrival confirmed that pitching was offside to the peg, no problem, that's the rule. Suddenly a motorhome just roars in and parks nose in, Wardens don't say a word. Next day a caravan does the same nose in. Now not a big problem other than the privacy intrusion with doors on the wrong side but more importantly why were we told "offside to the peg" yet clearly not the rule for everyone. Come on Caravan Club at £35 a night in early April a bit if professionalism would not go a miss, would not get mixed messages in a Travel Lodge and probably cheaper than this over priced club site. We're coming back in August but now going to Derbyshire and saving £100 on site fees, bit of a rip off on price.
