Great for grandchildren

A good base for entertaining grandchildren. 10 mins by car to the beach at Aldwick (the nice end of Bognor) and visits to Arundel Castle, Tangmere Air Museum and the Portsmouth Historic Dockyard with Victory, Warrior and a really excellent display of the Mary Rose as well as the tallest climbing wall in Europe to keep them entertained. KFC and Lidl within 100 yards to feed them. A bit noisy from traffic but this kept no one awake after a day of activity.

Great Weekend

Recently back from our first visit to Rowan Park, we were a little anxious about the weekend having read some of the reviews concerning the traffic noise. We needn't have worried, yes the road outside was busy but to be honest after a few minutes there we stopped noticing it and it certainly didn't disturb our sleep. We found the wardens very friendly and helpful and the facilities were perfect. Friday evening and a quick dash across the road to KFC - a lovely treat because we rarely do the fast food thing but heck, nothing wrong with an occasional treat is there. Great weekend - we will be back! ??

Disappointed

Stayed here in June staff did not have a clue as my brother in law had his electric bike stolen off the rack on the back of his camper and when we informed them they did not have any cctv or even the number for the police,as the site is open to members and non members it begs to say why we have to pay for membership as it was so easy for anyone or anything to get in or out will not be staying here again very disappointed.

Always a pleasure

This site is home from home. The wardens are helpful and friendly. I am a regular visitor. It has all the amenities close by albeit  it is situated on a very busy main road but it doesn't deter us from coming back again and again. Very accommodating if you have a disability. The shower blocks are always nice and warm and very clean.

Lovely Site

This is a lovely site. Clean and tidy with friendly helpful wardens. As a motorhomer we are always interested in the bus service. The bus is reasonably frequent and takes you directly into Bognor. It is also handy for shops such as Lidl's and take-aways. The road to cross is very busy and could do with some pedestrian crossings. This is a site we will return to again as we did enjoy our stay.

Fabulous holiday at Bognor Regis club site.

The staff at this site are very helpful and very pleasant to deal with, nothing is to much trouble, the facilities are second to none and the location is brilliant. There is a bit of a problem wit boy races on a night in the adjacent retail park, but that is out of the clubs control and should be addressed by the police, the site it's self I would rate 10 out of 10.

Glorious Site

This site is a little oasis on the edge of the busy road network leading to and out of Bognor Regis with superbly clean facilities which are testament to the Wardens who were the best of a great bunch we have come across during years with the club. the Wardens were so helpful and accommodating with a great sense of humour. Would like to see a footbridge to the retail park as the bakery at the Lidl store is fantastic.

Traffic madness

When we first arrived I was a little horrified at the amount of traffic as we are keen cyclists. We usually prefer quieter areas.  But after negotiating the madness we found our way about and enjoyed the weeks stay. As usual with all caravan club sites, the wardens, facilities etc  were first class. I don't know whether we would put it under our favourites as its a long way to go, but in many ways I can see the attraction for families as its close to Bognor.

Roads

Some complain about the road noise but quite frankly that's a minor thing and after a glass of wine you don't notice! Good site great for dogs as next door to open land and everything in walking distance. Only slight pain is remembering to take the key for the toilet and showers as can't understand why they need to stay locked all the time. Friendly helpful staff and will stay again

Enjoyed our stay

What a lovely site. friendly wardens and assistants. Very clean all round. Some pitches are close to the road and may suffer some traffic noise but this did not affect us. Close to shops and approximately 2 miles from beaches. Ideally positioned for several tourist destinations.
