Had a fantastic weekend at Breamish best facilities I have ever experienced staff fantastic river and dog walk also fantastic will return again and again
Short weekend stay
Lovely site central for area attractions, such as cragside, Alnwick etc. 5* facilities of showers, potwash and laundry. Pitches well positioned and not regimented with plenty of room between neighbours. Definately be returning.

Lovely Holiday
We have just returned from a lovely, peaceful holiday at River Breamish. The facilities and site were maintained to a very high standard, the wardens were helpful and cheerful. Only one down side some visitors had several dogs which can be a nuisance, the caravan club should consider limiting each caravan to a maximum of two dogs rather than a pack. This seems to be a problem at many sites.

Top site
We have just come back after spending a fantastic week, the site is well maintained and the wardens are very friendly.
We had a slight medical problem during our stay and asked if it would be possible to stay on site past the 12:00 leaving time, the answer was that is not a problem which was great even though the site was full.
There is plenty to see and do in the area and would certainly stay at this site again if in the area.
Great location
Small/medium site in a lovely peaceful location. Very little in the way of facitlities in the immediate area (Spa shop with garage in Powburn quite well stocked) but centrally placed for many attractions both inland and on the coast.
The site facilities are kept very clean by the friendly and hard working wardens (as they have no assistants, which on a busy site like this I found hard to believe). A great location which is good for walkers, birders and dogs.
A really lovely site
This was our first stay on a club site & it was wonderful. Beautiful clean facilities, a delightful dog walk, friendly helpful staff who had a lot of very useful local knowledge. One really lovely touch was the herb garden where guests were invited to help themselves. For us this site was perfectly situated for walking in the Cheviot Hills. Although it is very quiet, it is only a short distance from the main road which meant an easy drive when towing a carvan
Super site
Stayed for one night weather was horrible but the site was absolutely fantastic what a location loved every minute of it staff were excellent see you soon
peaceful site
first visit to this peaceful site very clean well run friendly site .great for walking ,cycling the best dog walk we have ever come across on a CC site will be coming back hopefully soon . great visiting fish and chip van calls too
Pleasant quiet site
As it was our first visit to Northumberland we chose this site as it was in a central position.
It was a great choice, the site is quiet very clean and all the facility`s are spotless. Overall an excellent site close to many attractions, we took the Train from Berwick upon tweed to Edinburgh for a great day out ( pre-booked tickets only £11.50 return great value ) station only a 35min drive away from site, with parking at station. Would go again,.,.
Lovely Peaceful Site
We stayed on this site for 11 nights and found it to be exceptional. It had lovely surroundings and a really good dog walking area close to the river, where we were lucky enough to see a Kingfisher and a Dipper. The Wardens were very friendly and helpful. The site was immaculately clean and well set out. The Fish & Chip van that visits the site twice weekly was superb and reasonably priced too. The Wi-Fi was a bit hit-and-miss, but we got by. Would defininitely recommend as a great base for visiting Northumberland
