Good Site

We have just returned from an 12 night stay at this site. Generous pitch sizes but need some additional gravel on them as very sparce in places allowing rain water to puddle/flood when it rains. Only other gripe was the irresponsible parents who allow their children to play out on their bikes til 9.45pm. No lights on bikes and very noisy kids. Parents please note Caravan Club rules state children are their responsibility when on site.  Even the wardens were getting fed up with kids unruly behaviour.

Good Site

My only comment is that some of the hardstandings were breaking up with the Terram sheeting coming up to the surface which then when wet allows the sub-soil to puddle up through the sheeting. We did however have some very heavy regular showers whilst we were there which did not help this

Exceptional

A fantastic location central to the broads. Site clean, wardens very helpful and friendly. We will certainly be returning as there is still so much to see and explore. Fantastic walks close by to the site, wonderful wildlife as we saw a pair of Egyptian Geese and Marsh Harrier. A wonderful relaxing holiday.

Good location

A very good site, but the dog exercise area is very narrow.  The cafe at Ludham Bridge do an excellent breakfast.  We also enjoyed an evening meal at the nearby pub 'The Dog'.  Also, just past the pub and sign posted is a lovely walk down country lanes to nearby Ludham.

Broadlands

Stayed on this site for two weeks recently. Very helpful and friendly wardens who worked very hard to keep the site and toilet block neat, clean and tidy. A lovely peaceful site apart from the barking dogs. We were behind a motorhome who had two dogs and every time somebody passed the dogs went wild. Why they didn't chose a pitch where people didn't pass all the time beats me. So annoying. Visited the Kings Arms in Ludham for dinner. Excellent food and service and good value. Also visited the Dog Pub nearby. Food absolutely terrible and very expensive for what we got.

Thank you Ron and Linda

An extremely well run site with very helpful and knowledgeable managers, thanks in particular to Ron who helped when our caravan had a problem with electrics. Only annoyance on Plot 40 was the very loud and constant barking from a dog in the garden of the house adjoining the site - pity!
