This is a very well kept site which has all of the qualities of the best club sites - super , clean facilities, large, hardstanding pitches etc. Most importantly however is the location which is a great centre for exploring the area. We took our bikes and enjoyed touring the numerous cycle routes which take you through country lanes, to the various nature trails and broads and to the coast. Nearby Horning is an attractive village with nice tea places etc. and view of river. Also lots of walking routes nearby. Great for seeing wildlife. In summary an excellent location for anyone who wants to spend time outdoors.
This site is kept immaculately by a team of very pleasant wardens. A pleasant and relax greeting on arrival; light on the rules recitation. Clearly quite of bit of work has been done improving the site, which should mature nicely. The only improvement really would be a little more trees and vegetation landscaping the site to make it more of an oasis in amongst the slightly bleak fenland landscape.
Nice walk north along the riverside footpath. A nice walk to Horning too. Local pub, The Dog Inn, was OK but could be better. The pub in Ludham itself, whilst giving all the appearance of a sports bar was in fact surprisingly good.
The site is very well laid out. Upon arrival went to reception, jovial staff who have all necessary knowledge of where wi-fi signal strongest, sun rise and sun set for pitch choice where to eat etc. All facilities were very clean (considering it was school holidays) and everything worked as it should. I would highly recommend this site to the full age range and vehicle types
A refreshing short break.
The site is very well organised, facilities are central and exceptionally clean.
Well done to the Wardens!
Very interesting attractions near and the location of this site is ideal for touring the Broads.
This site was ideal for us, a retired and active couple, who love cycling and walking. The site itself is very clean, the facilities spotless and the wardens were extremely helpful, lending us their own copy of cycle routes around the area.It is well situated near the river and a village Ludham which has good enough supermarket and there are places to eat nearby too. We liked the friendly atmosphere of the campsite and were able to use every day to explore the lovely surrounding countryside using the local walks and good cycle routes. We would recommend this site and would like to return there in future .
We had a very relaxing long weekend at the Norfolk Broads Site. The staff were excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. The facilities were very good and always cleaned to the highest standards. Well worth another visit in the future.
We are new to motohoming and this site is local to us .Spent the weekend there last week and this site is really immaculate, it had just opened for the 2017 season and the wardens were helpful and very friendly.
We did not take our bikes but will do next time as there are lots of quiet cycle routes nearby.
the facilities are up to the usual club high standard and its a site I will be using again on a regular basis.
pro's : Friendly staff , normal clean facilities , service toilets when main being cleaned :-), tidy and very well kept , location for the Broads , Pub next door and a decent filled shop .
Neg: Could do with some exit and entry barriers for peace of mind and security , also a mirror on the wooden pole on oppisite exit to the site , as hedges make exit quite hard at times ,
all hard standing pitches we personally prefer grass,
bus timetable of "return" journeys from outside the site would be helpfull , pitches feel very close almost regimental , bit spooky at night ha ha
Really enjoyed our first stay here but did more driving than i wanted to , but recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the broads

This site is quite local for me. Used it as a test run for my Round the Coast of Scotland trip after Easter. Very welcoming staff and so helpful. As a solo female motorhomer I was so pleased to see the updated waste water disposal point. Hope this is something to see on all sites before long.
