Very pleasant stay

Excellent location within easy walking distance to town.  Friendly, helpful wardens with well-stocked shop.  Good, clean facilities;  however, the pitches are rather small and cramped.

Nice site

Really nice site with all the usual standards and facilities you'd expect. Very pleasant, helpful wardens. Ideal site for touring the Cotswolds, and for the Cheltenham Festival!

Still a lovely site

Returned to Moreton for a few days after not being for a couple of years after moving further away. It is still a favourite site. Friendly wardens on checking in. Excellent location close to the town, but take a torch if returning in the dark.Recommend the Indian restaurant on the High St and the Black Bear which is always welcoming. Handy to have the railway station for trips to Oxford and even to London if required. I like the site as several pitches are tucked away and you would not know the site was so big. The only downside is many of the pitches are very small and although classed as awning, there isn't really space for an awning let alone a car, which has to be parked partially blocking the road. I'm sure some pitches could be made into none awning pitches for those that don't need or want to erect an awning.  All in all a pleasant stay.

Inaugural motorhome outing 2016

We bought our motorhome last year and had so many problems with it that I had lost all faith in it so we needed to get away for 1 night to check everything out for 2016 now that all the problems have been resolved. New to motorhomes and the Caravan Club too. This site was ideal far enough away but close to home just in case. I have to say the site is fantastic and the wardens so helpful especially as we broke down on the driveway in to,the site. There is a superb children's play area which step grandson loved. The site is beautifully clean as are the facilities. We will definitely be using this site again.

Good location

Second visit in 4 months ,nice site ,friendly wardens. We stayed over a Tuesday to go to the market but were slightly disappointed by the lack of stalls. Hopefully a lot more in the better weather.

Wonderful.....even in the snow!

Arrived in heavy snow....quite a picture! Very friendly wardens, large well maintained site in a beautiful part of the Cotswolds. Good choice of sizeable pitches, immaculate facilities, large children's playground and dog walking area. 10 minute walk from Moreton in Marsh (need a torch!), which has delightful small shops and plenty of eating places to choose from. Easy drive to Stow on the Wold, Broadway and Bourton on the Water. Only downside was the road adjacent, although this was quiet in the night. Highly recommend :-)

Favourite Winter site

We are all year Camper Vanners, and stay here at least once a month in the Winter. It is clean, tidy and the Wardens are always friendly and helpful. The showers are really powerful, much better than some of the other "winter" sites we stay at - good, well fenced Dog run and the site itself is in easily walkable distance from Town. Nice and quiet in Winter.

lovely weekend

This is a lovely part of the country. The site was clean and tidy and wardens were very friendly. there was plenty to do and see. Morton in marsh is a lovely town. Our only disappointment was the size of the pitches there was room for an awning but only just. And if had an awning you had to park car in front of van. it all felt a little cramped but apart from that we had a lovely weekend.

Peace in the Cotswolds

A gem in the heart of the Cotswolds. Very friendly staff and immaculate facilities. An easy walk into the town and close to the bus routes for trips to Stow and Bourton on the Water. The walk to the Slaughters is beautiful. What a picturesque village!
