Beautiful site

Beautiful site with beautiful views. A lovely place to get away from all the hustle and bustle and chill out. I loved the little herb garden that you were free to pick from. Unfortunately i didn't notice it until we were leaving. Showers and toilets were very clean and piping hot water in the showers. Couldnt fault anything. Would definitely be going back.

Excellent site and great location

We have just returned from a 4 day visit to this site. Immaculate grounds and first class toilet and shower blocks. At this time of year only hard standings available. We were very lucky with the weather and were able to visit Upton, Great Malvin and Hanlay Swan. Can recommend the Swan in Hanley Swan for good food and beer. I can imagine during the summer months the site must appear very crowded when the grass pitches are full but we found the site at this time very quiet and peaceful.  Will definitely return again.

Very well kept site

We found this site to be one of the best kept site that we have visited. Grounds were immaculate, toilet block extremely well cleaned. Info room very tidy and orderly. A big well done to wardens and assistants

Superb site

Arrived to a lovely welcome, found a pitch, settled in. Shame the bus stop has moved to further up the road, bad on a wet day, but fortunately we had a wonderful few days weatherwise. 20 minutes into Worcester on the bus. Facilities clean and very warm. Site wardens could not have been more helpful. Would love to return.

Enjoyable stay

Stayed for a 2 night weekend break on the way back from Cornwall this was our first stay here and we only stayed here as the Tewkesbury site was full due to some folk festival but that turned out to be a lovely blessing in disguise.   Malvern is a superb site large open area, spotlessly clean toilets, really helpful wardens, the grass pitches had closed for the winter but plenty of hard standing was still available. Less than a mile down the road is a lovely pub at Henley Swan with good food and beer also a general store over the road further afield is Upton which has several great pubs, shops, and some great walks along the river Severn (great for Dog walkers) further afield again you have Worcester, Malvern, (great walks over the hills) all in all a great short stay we had.

Peaceful stay

Stayed for two nights at beginning of October which coincided with some lovely sunny weather. The site and facilities are excellent  and immaculately kept by the very friendly and helpful wardens. It is very peaceful and in a lovely setting.  The local hamlet of Hanley Swan is less than a mile of 'flat' walking away with The Swan pub serving a very good higher end menu. The bus-stops to Worcester and Malvern are about halfway along that road. We went to the nearby Morgan factory for a tour which we enjoyed immensely and would highly recommend. Look forward to returning to this site to explore the area more fully.

Very clean & spacious site.

We stayed at this site for 4 nights and found it to be a very well kept site with an excellent toilet block and very friendly staff. The site wifi was not very good especially in the evening but otherwise this is a superb quiet site and well placed for visiting Worcester and the surrounding area.

Well-equipped site in good location

A good site in a picturesque location, Blackmore/Malvern has all the facilities needed for either short breaks or longer stays. Just a couple of points that really do need focussed attention by the wardens/Club: * the hard-standing pitches along the top part of the site are in poor condition and need re-gravelling as a matter of urgency; * discourteous behaviour of other members:  - those who ignore the 5mph speed limit;  - those who ignore pitch boundaries and invade the privacy of others (we had one idiot walk within a foot of the front of our outfit; when asked to refrain from so doing, he responded with a tirade of abuse on the lines of 'get a life you w*****r; you don't own the ****ing site'. Amazing verbal talents ... for an amoeba.

Good base !

Ideal spot to use as a base for touring the Malverns etc. Plenty to do and see with lots of walking close by with some nice short flat tracks to follow. Well kept site with wardens that like their job and it shows in the maintenance done to a high standard.

Lovely stay

We stayed at this site for five nights, from the moment we arrived the wardens were very friendly and helpful smiling faces so nice to see. The toilets and showers were superb so clean, and what a good idea closed for cleaning between 2/4 most people are off site at that time, have been on sites toilets are closed in the morning when people need them,so well done for that. Have nothing negative to say ,a lovely site.
