Relaxing & Great for Families.

Great club site. Wide and open layout gives a luxury feel. Great for families the kids loved the well appointed park & outdoor games. Toilet Blocks are perhaps the best we have experienced. Outside of the site the surrounding area is beautiful with shops and good quality takeaways close enough. We will definitely be returning next year.

Best site so far

Very pleasant location, easy to reach. Wardens friendly and helpful and site and facilities immaculate. Dog walking in little wood behind site was delightful and clean due to the availability of dog waste bins. We visited the Malvern Autumn show (within 3 miles of site) and Stratford Upon Avon food festival (35 miles away), thoroughly enjoyed both. Nearby Ledbury is also a delight. Would definitely return.

Wrong Pitch

Arrived on site 19 September to a very warm welcome from the warden in reception and went on our way to choose our pitch it was a dry and overcast day. The next day was very wet and we found that unfortunately we had picked the wrong pitch (No 1) which flooded and was very muddy towards the front, also we found that we did not get very much sun. This was the only downside to our visit as the wardens were very pleasant and the toilet and shower facilities kept spotlessly clean. If we visit again we would choose a sunnier pitch which the majority are. Great site.

Nothing to complain about on the site

I can't fault either the site or its staff. Unlike Ramslade where we had been the previous week, BOTH toilet blocks were still in use. Great! but the experience was spoiled by the questionable habits of fellow campers vis-a-vis WCs and dog fouling.   I know that doesn't amount to a review of the site but it does suggest more notices be erected to remind Club members of their responsibilities.   I just wish this great site was nearer the Malvern Hills so we could walk there instead of needing a car/bus. But we did have a terrific day out by bus in Worcester. Highly recommended ....like York but nicer!

Midway Stop

First time at this site, will not be the last. A beautifully kept site in lovely surroundings. Very helpful wardens. A good site for breaking a journey or visiting the surrounding area

what a lovely site

This is the first time we have been on this site and we were not disappointed. After a stressful main caravan holiday at a non CC site (due to a recommendation of a non CC site) we found Malvern Hills CC site 2 weeks ago just what the doctor ordered. We stayed for 6 nights and decided to pitch on the grass close to the entrance with a view of most of the site with the Malvern Hills as a backdrop. On the first evening we were treated to a sunset over the hills. The facilities were good, especially with the newer toilet block, a good play area if you have children. Hanley Swan village is just a short stroll away (with a lovely pub). Overall a very relaxing holiday in a good location. I am looking forward to returning to this site when we can next year.

Lovely site

Spent 2 nights here either side of a Cornwall holiday. First time we’ve had a non awning pitch. Actually we would have managed to fit an awning on and parked the car across the front of the pitch – well off the road and grass. It was a bigger pitch than the awning pitches at Moreton in Marsh! Pleasant welcome both times, all facilities were of a very good standard and very clean. We will return and use this well located site again to walk all the Malvern hills. On the afternoon we arrived we parked behind the hills, walked up to Worcester Beacon and ate a picnic up there surrounded by beautiful views. Just perfect!

Very big but still good

Just spent a long weekend here. The site is large, the biggest we've been to I think. It is very clean and well kept, but there are no trees or hedges or bushes to break up the huge expanse and when it is full, it can feel a bit like a housing estate. Some reviews complain about the dog walk. I don't know what these people are expecting. Will you need a tent and provisions in order to navigate all the way around it? No. Will a lap of it wear out your husky? No. But it is still the best onsite dog walk we've seen. Secluded, well used, not muddy, plenty of poo bins (others around the site too). The only problem with it that I could see is the very noisy metal gate leading to it which must annoy people pitched next to it when dog owners are dragged out of bed by their mutt for a 6am pee. We had a lovely lunch at the nearby Swan pub which makes a point of being extremely dog friendly, but you must book, it is popular.
