Muddy hardstandings

We visit this site twice a year but have never had problems with the hardstandings as we had recently. There was hardly any gravel and as the weekend was rainy our pitch turned into a mud bath!! Such a shame as we usually enjoy our time on this site

Two night stop over

We stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of August. It is a clean and well kept site with very friendly wardens. Being motorhomers we relied on public transport and found the bus stop was within 10 minutes walk from the site. Buses go into Worcester which is a city well worth a visit. Overall a site well worth a stay if you have a car and wish to explore the Malvern Hills area.

Lovely site

Lovely site, clean , beautiful location you can see the Malvern hills. Child friendly quiet , you will need a car to get to local shops but they are close enough we love it there .

Very pleasant site

Stayed here 2 nights on our way down to Cheddar. The site was very clean, well kept and surprisingly quiet but the dog walk was not big enough, a small circular track in a wooded area which took all of 2 mins to walk round! You definitely need transport if you want to go anywhere off site as there are no shops or facilities near by.

Nice site

We had a lovely time staying at the site. The pitches are a little close to each other but it was ok. There was a music festival on the weekend we stayed so it was quite noisy for 1 night but it stopped at midnight. The toilets being closed for an hour in the morning is annoying and a bit inconvenient. The kids loved it, lots of space for them to run around.  The area is beautiful and great walking on the Malvern Hills. Lovely towns around to visit and have a wander. Overall it was a pleasant weekend

Good site to see Malvern

We had a very pleasant stay and saw a play at the Malvern theatre. Lots of culture and opportunities to visit nearby towns

The hills are alive with the sound of..........

We stayed at this site for just 3 days in August. It is a great site with wonderful views of the Malvern Hills, clean facilities and pitches for every taste. We were by the playground but this did not cause us any problems. There is a small village within walking distance (Hanley Swan); but for places further afield you will need some other transport. The only suggestion I would make is that if there is maintenance / cutting work on the hedges etc a notice could be put up on the blackboard at Reception to advise everyone.

Disappointing

This is our least favourite Caravan Club site so far. The facilities, cleanliness etc. are up to the usual standard and the wardens were very friendly, however the site is not only very large, but because of the way the grass pitches are organised, gives the feeling of being crowded and cluttered. In addition for motorhome owners who like to have a site within walking distance of attractions, there is really nothing of that sort here. Malvern and the Malvern hills are nearly 3 miles away and although there is walking around the site, it is fairly uninspiring countryside. So if you don't mind large, isolated sites, this is fine, otherwise there are better options.

Aug '16 - First Visit

This was our first outing - ever! Chose this site for 4 nights as a chance to try everything out before a much longer trip to France. Reception staff were very helpful. Very quiet site especially given the number of pitches. We had our two dogs with us and found the 'dog walk' very useful and some thought had been put in to make the paths as interesting as possible for them. The pitches varied in the amount of privacy and space they gave - we chose one alongside the outer edge and had plenty of both but wouldn't have liked to be in the middle of the site as they were overlooked from all directions. The facilities were well kept and clean and the 'help yourself' herb garden a nice touch. Everyone was very helpful and gave us plenty of tips so we are really looking forward to all our future trips!

Very nice site - BUT for the SWAN PUB, Book

The club site is very good and well worth a stay. I read the reviews before I went and yes, all good BUT... many reviewers recommended the Swan Inn down the road. BEWARE - we went on a Friday and the kitchen could not keep up with demand. We didn't book but chose to wait an hour for a table but then waited a further 40 mins after ordering before food arrived. RECOMMEND - book in advance. Also it is about 15mins walk back along a pitch black road and the footpath was muddy in places.
