A very good site. Quibbles are relatively minor:
Don't dump the old direction and entrance signs when you haven't got the new ones ready yet.
The bins overflowed sometimes even though the site wasn't full.
The system of only having central bins rather than at each service point is fine, and is common on the continent, but has there actually been any consutation among members about it?
Great site but inconsiderate people waste it.
Stayed here over Easter and this is the second time in the last 12 months we have visited. The staff a very friendly and helpful although on arrival I was given a sheet of paper which explained the caravan right rear was to be inline with the white peg with the awning on the right as you look at the caravan and the car to the left. The day after I arrived a warden advised my wife that my car was wrongly parked and had to be in front of my caravan. This is a great site in a great location with excellent facilities. Lists to do in the local area and great pub just down the road. We will definitely be back. The only problem over Easter was kids cycling at high speed and sometimes between caravans and the parents are oblivious ( or don't care ) I also despair at why dog owners can't pick up their dog poo in the dog walking area. What is wrong with these people do they think it is below them. That aside another great stay.
Return to malvern
We have just spent Easter here and what a good week we had. The wardens were great smiling, friendly and helpful.
We walked the Malverns went to Worcester and Upton all with lovely walks with the dog.
We will be back for May Day weekend looking forward to it.
Late booking for Easter
I only booked this 2 days before going on good Friday. As it was one of only a few club sites that had spaces I was a little worried it would be awful, I couldn't have been more wrong, the site was lovely, the staff where very friendly and all in all it was great break for Easter for me and my family. I would go there again as not only was the site lovely it is in a very nice part of the country with lots to do within easy travelling.
Easter Weekend
This was our first time on any CAMC site but could not have been more pleased. The staff are all really friendly and helpful and the site is really clean and well laid out. There is loads of stuff for the kids to do such as Giant Connect Four or Draughts and a play area. The dog walk is in a wood at the bottom and while not massive it is enough for a quick refreshment break for the dog.
The only thing I was disappointed with was the Malvern Hills as the rough car parks now charge a flat £4 for all day it would be better for us dog walkers who are only going to be a couple of hours if they put the facility in for part day charging. Not CAMC's fault just included it for other members to be aware. Will definitely be back to this site as it is so good and there is so much to do in the area.
Lovely first visit
Our first visit here after staying at nearby Tewkesburt a few times.
There was a warm welcome and the site has easy access, as long as you dont turn in to the C&CC site which comes first!
There were plenty of good sized hardstanding pitches to choose from. The site is sort of divided into half witha hill view and half without. Unsurprisingly the pitches with a view were busier. We wanted two adjacent so went for the non-view side. The trade off is that this part has a superior toilet block!
The site has vast area of grass for children to run about and a perfect slope for scooters. Not too steep and not too flat.
The site was very quiet, clean and the staff helpful. Other positives: a couple of shower cubicles had amazing power showers (why cant we have more of these?) There is a pub nearby and geocaches if you are interested.
Only downside was new arrivals coming in at 11:15 onwards which isn't really the fault of the site but needs addressing as it will only get worse.
Thank you

Fantastic
Just got back home after a wonderful week on this site, was very sad to leave. The facilities are amazing, absolutely brilliant if you have a dog (This was our puppy's first camping trip and he loved it) The staff are so friendly and the views are beautiful. We will definitely be coming back here very soon.

just excellent
this site is just what the caravan club members have become used to and is a credit to the site wardens who are so very helpful and friendly.
Excellent site
This was our first time in our motorhome, the staff on site were very welcoming and helpful. The grounds, showers & toilets are spotlessly clean. The surrounding countryside is beautiful. We walked to Hanley Swan many times (about 15 mins away) where there is a shop, butchers and pub. There are plenty of nice walks - the shop in Hanley Swan sells a 'Walks in the The Hanleys' guide which helped us.
Being novices when we came to leave we realised we had managed to run the starter battery flat. The staff were so helpful, in particular one of the groundsmen who brought a charger to our van and helped us get started.

Wonderful site in a great location
As always at C and C Club sites, friendly, helpful and welcoming wardens who keep the site and facilities in immaculate condition
Good size hard standing pitches. Many large grass pitches which were not in use in March
Within easy walking distance of the village of Hanley Swan which has an excellent pub/ restaurant
Many places of interest nearby - a really good base for visits to stately homes/museums, interesting towns, walks on the Malvern Hills, cricket and racing in Worcester
The site could be improved by:- the introduction of serviced pitches, more powerful showers (what is it with C and C Club sites and their 'dribbling' showers??!!( and more tarmacked walkways to the shower/toilet facilities. I guess the facilities may become a little stretched when the site is full
