This was our first visit to this site and we were not disappointed, the wardens were very friendly and the toilets and showers were clean as we have found on all caravan club sites. The only downside was the wifi which at the bottom of the site did not work. The site is close to the town of Looe with the bus stop just outside the site with buses to Plymouth and Looe. The site is in a good location for visiting many attractions in Cornwall.
Another wonderful stay in October
This was the second visit for my wife and I and we had a good rest and enjoyed visiting the local area. Looe is a busy vibrant town with many "dog friendly" places to eat. We also visited Fowey and Perranporth and found lots to see and do.
The site is very well cared for by the pleasant, hard-working wardens. They were very helpful when we realised we'd forgotten outside seating and a mallet. The wash blocks are spotless and warm. We will be back.
great week
Had a great week here. staff very friendly and helpfull. shower block clean and warm, great showers.

Very Quiet!
Fabulous site at this time of year! Only about 20 pitches out of over 200 occupied! Definitely will visit at this time again. Normally would just stay on a CL site, but really worth considering these big sites in future if they are this quiet out of season - as you get fabulous facilities! However, choose carefully, this site was full the week before we arrived as Looe Music Festival was on! Friendly wardens were lovely! So clean and tidy. Thank you!

Good holiday site
We have been to this site in September, several times, on all occasions we have found it perfect as a site, with good facilities and friendly helpful wardens
Even so there was no internet provision as it was due for repair, which for the ten days we were there, where we were pitched with our caravan. This was a bit of a pain, and frustrating.
That aside a good site well positioned for visiting areas of interest.

Lovely site with great wardens
Really enjoyed our stay at this site, easy transport links to Looe and Polperro lots to do even in October. Toilet and washing facilities 1st class. Wardens very helpful and friendly.
Long stay.
We stayed at this site for three weeks, with our two young children. During our stay the staff went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Our car broke down and we really would have struggled without the help of the wardens. We would definately reccomend the site.

A BIG THANK YOU
We wish to say a BIG thank you to the wardens ,We stayed at this site in September 2016, we were 3 days into our holiday when I had a fall on the site, I had to go to hospital as I broke my ankle. the wardens were so helpful, they offered to help my husband to take the awning down and pack everything away. Also a big thank you to the fellow caravaners for their help. This is a fantastic site. you wont be disappointed if you book there.

Lovely at Looe
Good site spoilt only by the rain, super facilities but they had closed down the grass pitches on the day we arrived, no choice other than hard standing.
Would definitely visit again but beware of the narrow roads and restricted parking.
Great Site, a credit to the Club
Recently returned home after 16 nights at this site. Wardens were exceptional, the site was always clean and tidy, the shower and toilet block pretty much spotless whatever time of day. Facilities for families include an outdoor heated swimming pool, childrens secure play area, tennis and crazy golf. Bus stop if needed, right outside the site entrance.....where else?. 10 min bus ride into Looe. During our stay the Looe Music Festival was on, a great spectacle, lots of music and friendly people. We will be back soon.
