IT'S BECOMING A SECOND HOME!
In order to visit family members we spent a week here twice in 2016, once so far in 2017, and we have booked two more visits of a week at a time for 2017. We like this site very much.
Two cautions for drivers of towing vehicles:
1. the road from the Trerulefoot Roundabout (on the A38 Plymouth to Bodmin road), after leaving the A374 (to Torpoint) and joining the A387/B3253 (to Looe) is very narrow with steep hills and sharp bends. Enjoy the beautiful scenery, but keep alert to quickly changing road conditions and other traffic!
2. The entrance to the site is a little hidden from view and the Caravan & Motorhome Club signs are not that obvious, so approach the top of the last hill as you reach the site at a speed which will allow you to turn off the road and clear the speed bump easily.
If you like beaches, harbours, boats and the coast of Cornwall, this is a wonderful site for access to them all. With plenty of hard standings, good facilities, country views, and a very friendly, helpful staff, you'll soon feel at home!
