Great little site

Warm welcome from the clubs wardens, no jobs worth here I'm pleased to say. Lovely clean loo's & tidy site. Great advice on best pitch for the sun. Great for our young puppy she loved the woodland walks & the Two Sawyers is a very short walk thru the wood, good healthy portions of food & some fine ales. Will always return here. Del Booker

Absolutely fantastic - highly recommended

This is heaven for dog owners as there are so many walks. The site is spotless, some of the pitches are a bit tight but not a problem for us. Very highly recommended.

Farilight Wood

Very tranquil site, spotlessly clean and tidy. Nice short walk through the woods to the Two Sawyers pub. Note to self - don't pitch under an Oak tree in Autumn, those falling acorns make quite a noise on a caravan roof!

Peaceful.

Lovely warm welcome. Very peaceful quiet relaxing break surrounded by beautiful woodland. Facilities immaculately clean and camp well tended.  More suited to the elder camper without children. Short drive to several historic towns. Five minute walk through woodland to local pub.  Follow club directions not sat nav. Will be returning to this site.

Peaceful setting

We were lucky to get a booking as only decided to have a break away at the last minute and so pleased we did. This is a lovely wooded site, very well kept with exceptionally clean toilets and showers. The wardens are very friendly and informative. There is a short walk through the woods to the local pub and bus service. Booking is recommended as this is a popular site and we just managed to get the last pitch!

Peaceful stay

Easy to find with friendly & helpful wardens. Very clean and new looking toilet block/showers. Pleasant woodland setting close to local attractions. Easy walking distance to village pub with real ale & good food. Would definitely stay here again.

A great little site

Essential that you follow the instructions for access to the site on line or in the handbook. A lovely peaceful site, welcoming wardens and pristine facilities An aerial lead is essential if you want to watch television but there is plenty to occupy you in the area. Booking recommended and no children's play area

Nice site, poor access

Maybe because we are new to all of this we found the access roads a bit tight to this site, single track with limited passing places which we were a bit surprised at given it is a caravan club site. Sign posting could have been better too. When we arrived we were greeted enthusiastically and made to feel welcome. Some very nice pitches with shrubbery besides etc. and lots of trees but other pitches a bit more open and 'shared'. Very well keep site with clean showers and loos with pub a pleasant walk away through woods.

Lovely peaceful site!

Quiet well laid-out site surrounded by trees. Excellent well kept shower block, spotlessly clean. Gestling Wood is opposite the site, great for walks but don't get lost..we did! The great pub is near, food is excellent. The wardens were friendly and helpful. Rye, Hastings and the lovely Bexhill-on-Hill are all nearby. We will be back.
