Beautiful Site

Probably one of the best maintained sites we have visited. It is a credit to wardens and the Club. The facilities block is kept spotless and the upkeep of the grounds is without fault. The terraced layout of the site means there is a view across the valley to the hills beyond.

Lovely Site

Lovely, quiet, well maintained site.Yes would recommend this site to all who like the beautiful scenery and a peaceful time. The Anchor Inn is just a step or two away and will take dogs. Food and drinks are good and you should try it. Stanley says hello to Charlie and Arlo.Smile

great site.

Possible the best kept and run site we have been too. Wonderful country area with a superb pub close by. From our point of view the site is a little remote, but never the less enjoyed our stay very much.

A beautiful area for a spotless site

We came here at short notice because of a disappointing site elsewhere and we were very happy to have done so.  Lakeside is a well-equipped and spotless site.  The staff were very helpful and efficient (thank you).  The area is utterly stunning (try one or two of the roads north from Dulverton) and is great for walks and sightseeing.  We will be back . . .

Excellent wardens

The wardens were excellent. Working outside hours to ensure everyone was catered for. Went out of their way to assist and come up with new ideas. The site was spotless. It may be out in the country, but Dulverton was just down the road. The local pub and Woods in Dulverton accepted dogs.

Great time had by all

We as a family of four stayed on this site from the 27/08 to the 3/9/16 what a great site my wife has said that it is the best site that we have stayed on The facilities are kept very clean. The kids spend most of the time playing in the play area which is a very good play area. The wardens are very nice and very helpful and make you feel very welcome. Will definitely be going back again and will be staying longer.

Great site with stunning views

We stayed on this site over the late Bank Holiday and were very impressed with the overall facilities and cleanliness. The wardens were very friendly and helpful, even though the site was almost full. If you don't feel like cooking, within walking distance, is a great riverside pub serving delicious food. Will definitely be returning to this site as the surrounding area is stunning, both for walking and visits.

Lovely site

Wardens cheerful and helpful. Toilets and showers immaculate . Nice pitches, one of our favourite sites for a weekend getaway . Fishing nearby and lovely views. We visit several times a year and every time the site has been well kept.
