facilities very good and clean - staff great. the site is right on the outskirts of town and the walk in is through a lovely country park.
We were lucky enough to have a cricket match on the pitch behind the site so went over to watch and had a few drinks at the pavilion.
Cirencester town is great, historic and has many independent shops including bakery and butcher.
will be back..
A Minor Mishap
We stayed for a long weekend between the 1st to 3rd August. We have stayed here a number of times in the past but always outside of the school holidays. The site was very full, something we were not used to. We had a great day out at the Country & Vintage Festival, something for everyone. The site access has become poor due to the number of potholes on the entrance road. The wardens were very helpful and friendly especially when our caravan decided to unhook itself from our car as we were leaving. Fortunately we had just gone over a speed bump at about 2mph. No damage done apart from the breakaway cable. One of the wardens helped us re-attach the van. I didn't get his name (too wrapped up in sorting out van) he knows who he is and just wanted to say thank you again.
Wardens to the Rescue!
We recently spent 4 nights at Cirencester site. Not long after we arrived, my husband collapsed & I found him unconscious on the grass. The wardens came to our aid quickly & were amazing, particularly Terry. They called for a paramedic & stayed with us all the time. Terry was calm, competent which was very reassuring. Thankfully, my husband recovered, albeit rather shky for a few days but we had a lovely stay at this fabulous site. The wardens checked every day to see if my husband was ok. We were so glad of their help & it was very apparent that they have been well trained in First Aid. The site is lovely, big pitches surrounded by trees & a high standard of cleanliness in the facilities. The walk through the Bathurst Estate is gorgeous & the town is charming. We have booked to go back in 2 weeks time. A huge thank you to all the help we received whilst there.

A very good site
This is our second visit to what is a very well located site within walking and cycling distance of Cirencester town centre. The position of joining Parkland is particularly attractive and presents a beautiful walk directly into the town centre. The site is very neat and tidy with some excellent facilities apart from the Wi-Fi which at times was pathetically inadequate which is disappointing considering it costs good money. Mobile phone phone signal is also extremely weak and the club needs to smarten up its act and get modern to satisfy present day demands. Once within a mile of the site there are some very attractive cycle routes giving access to Cotswold Water Park and surrounds.
Another great visit
We have been to this site many times and meet up with friends to got to,the Gloucester Steam and Vintage Show. As always the site is a credit to the club The warden team work hard to maintain the site to a high standard they are friendly welcoming and helpful The toilet blocks are immaculate Well done Mr T R !!!!! We will be back next year

Great site
Our 5th visit to this great site the wardens do a great job a coffee morning fund raising for charity whilst we were there
We hadn't realised about the building works at the college it was a nuisance but one of those things
Lots of places to visit with our grandchildren we will be back next year
Great First Visit
Our first visit to this site and we loved it. The location is great for visiting the lovely southern Cotswolds, the beautiful surrounding countryside and villages, and of course Cirencester itself is a joy to spend time in. The site is surprisingly peaceful given it's proximity to main roads, and as we pitched the far end away from the College we were not aware of the building work. The only disturbance we had were a pair of woodpigeons running around on our caravan roof at four in the morning!! The wardens are so cheerful and welcoming and keep the whole site and facilities immaculate. Thank you for a lovely stay - we will be back!

Forgotten gem
We hadn't stayed on this site for several years & had forgotten how nice it is.
the facilities are excellent & immaculately clean and the site grounds are very well kept all of which is due to the excellent & cheerful wardens.
On this occassion we took 2 of our monsters (sorry Grandsons) with us aged 10 & 8 who thoroughly enjoyed the playground & large play area but unfortunately still didn't wear themselves out.
The site had some discernable noise in some areas during daytime due to construction work at the nearby College but nothing to intrusive.
Ideally placed to visit many local attractions eg. Waterparks, Bibury etc & not overlooking Cirencester itself which is delightful & for able bodied a short 10/ 15 min stroll through Cirencester Park.
Only downside to our break is that the kids want to go back again in half term.
One of the best
Beautiful site. Just what one would expect of CC. Only downside at the moment is the noise from the building work at Cirencester College next door. Hopefully this will be over soon. One of our favourite sites. Will be back soon.
