Favourite park

We love this site and have returned numerous times since joining the Caravan Club. You can run/walk into Cirencester Park from the site in the daytime and can also easily walk into Cirencester from the site. There is a leisure centre, a Waitrose and the town centre with lots of pubs all within walking distance so you don't need to use the car if you do not wish. The facilities are very clean as per usual CC standards and there are plenty of different pitches depending on what you want. Highly recommended site, our current favourite.

Nice stay

We've recently returned from a 2 night stay here. Lovely park for the kids and an enclosed dog walk field. Very large site with clean facilities and friendly wardens.

Great site

We stayed here for the 1st time for two weeks at the beginning of August. The site has spacious, level pitches and the wardens do a great job of keeping the whole site immaculate.  The only downside was the usual attitude of the minority of members....the rules are for everyone else! The speed limit is 5mph for a reason, children have been killed and injured on sites. Is it worth risking a childs life to save a few seconds of driving time?

Our recent stay

This was our fourth visit to this lovely site .Spacious level pitches on grass and gravel . Excellent clean facilities ,a credit to the wardens .  The pizza man who visits the site on Thursday's is a must ,made fresh in his clay oven!!

The beautiful town centre is within a leisurely walk  from the site either through the parkland  or the roadside pavement . One down side is the access road which is shared with the college .the pot holes really need attending too . JH

Excellent.Excellent.Excellent.

This is our favorite site and have stayed here several times .On this occasion we brought some of our family and 18 month old Grandchild to stay with us. He absoulute loved walking up and down chatting to the fellow vanners who in turn enjoyed his company. Once again the wardens were a delight and very friendly. Our two dogs both love the dog park and all of the walks to Cirencester Park. Relaxing time was had by all and my son could not believe the peace and quite and the clear skys at night a great way to recharge the batteries. Shopping just a short drive away with large superstores close by. We went swimming for a change and these are located a short distance away.(walking distance). Informed of resturants that accept dogs close by so no worrying of leaving alone. We enjoyed everything about this park as it suits us very well. Popular site as was full on the weekend we arrived so booking a must.

Cirencester club site stay August 2015

Enjoyed our stay very much, beautiful location and very friendly staff. Only negative was noise on the Saturday night with people returning after midnight shouting and "singing" and loud music in the early hours, probably from the same group. This is our second stay and we will return soon. Its on my list of favourites and love the town.

OUR FAVOURITE SITE

This site is our favourite caravan club site. It is always a pleasure to stay here. The facilities are excellent and the staff are always friendly and accommodating . we like it mainly because of the closeness to the town and the peaceful route to walk to it. However, the site is not so peaceful at the moment and has not been since last year due to the building work at the college next door. The access road is a disgrace and pressure should be put on the college to fill in the many holes made by the lorries using it for the building work asap!

A lovely site, very mature and well kept.  Lots of space, trees and bushes.  We enjoyed it a lot, we will be back for sure.

Great Site

We have used this site on several occasions as it is conveniently close to Swindon to enable us to carry out our child care services, with sleepovers. The site is immaculately kept, with very helpful and busy wardens. The playground is very popular and all the kids seem to enjoy themselves. The maze in the long grass dog walking field provides great fun. The pitches are probably not as large as some sites, but are perfectly adequate. Site does slope a little, but this is easily accommodated with blocks.  Lovely walk in to Cirencester which boasts interesting shops. Recommend trip to Chedworth Villa which National Trust are enthusiastically restoring, and have craft activities for children. Lovely site with pitches in bays. Can thoroughly recommend site which is beautifully kept without being over "policed". All users seem to be most considerate. Will be returning!!
