Our second visit this year and as usual exceptional service from the wardens and staff, spotless toilet and shower facilities, put any hotel to shame. Constant cleaning and emptying of refuse bins, always someone on hand to help you and advise, always something being done around the site to improve its appearance.
Away from the site ideally located for retail shopping and groceries, close to the motorway network for us.
Excellent food at the Bumbury Arms a 5 minute drive from the site, or you have the fast food outlets at the retail park.
Thank you to all the staff we will be back soon.

Great Site
We stayed at this site for the weekend. Very impressed with the facilities and the cleanliness of the site, and the location was excellent for Chester, Cheshire Oaks etc.
Lovely site
We thought we would try his site even though we only live 25 minutes away from it and wha a lovely site it is brand new toilet and shower block and big pitches and lovely surroundings we will be coming again
Peaceful break
Our first stay here. What can I say, absolutely lovely site. We had a very enjoyable stay. The wardens were very friendly & helpful & the information room a big help also. The toilets & showers were exceptional, so clean & warm. Close to everything you would need, shopping, local eateries & Chester town centre. Lots to do & see in the area. We will definately return. Thank you for a great stay.
Excellent Site
Our first stay here. A Winter Break for shopping and the Manchester Show. Wardens were very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Facilities are superb, clean and warm Toilet Blocks and a really good Information Centre.
A fifteen minute walk to Cheshire Oaks Outlet Centre and 3 Pubs close by. Took us 45 minutes to Trafford Cemtre for the Exhibition and more shopping. Very Pleased to find a decent MH Service Point, unlike most CC sites, perhaps the Club is listening!. Slight Motorway noise and lack of pavement on the access road the only minus points. A really excellent site. We will definitely visit again.

Winter Break...
This was our fourth visit to this site, second visit since the site refurbishment. Booked in by the friendly site staff advised that some pitches were a bit wet! From previous visits had an idea of where we wanted to be and found a suitable pitch that was great to get onto. No motormover required on this one.
Site facilities excellent as usual, toilets and showers immaculate considering the weather conditions outside. Handy site for visiting Chester and the surrounds. Visited Cheshire Oaks for a small amount of retail therapy after the New Year. Didn't spend too much...
Already booked for the next time, looking forward...

Brilliant caravan site
This was our first stay at a caravan club site and myself and my husband thought the site was great! The best bit about it was the top notch facilities and our 2 year old absolutely loved the toddler bathroom with the mini bath. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again the future. Thank you for an enjoyable weekend.
Smashin'
This was our third Christmas time to Fairoaks.. we must like it we keep going back.. Since our last visit there has been a full refurb of the loo blocks.. really clean and well set out. The staff are really lovely and run the site with a relaxed attitude which makes for a stressless break.
My only concern despite some heavy rain in general, is that some of the corners of the roads are getting driven over as it's quite dark at night and it's creating pot holes as such, they fill with water and my fear is that someone will walk into it and break an ankle.
Other than that.. Bang On!
We will be back..
5 Star Retail Therapy A Short Walk Away
Facilities were tip-top
Standard of presentation and cleanliness excellent
Grounds coped well with weeks of rain and even grass near hard standing was not too squelchy.
Designer outlet, M & S and local eateries were very busy but enjoyable.
Chester ~ a bus ride away via the Zoo car park is just a wonderful old city.
And you get back to the peace and tranquility of the site with its rural views and delightful newly refurbished facilities. Nice friendly folk in the office too. Young and Old will enjoy this site.
Walking to eateries and retail outlets ?
Road outside the site has no pavement and the cars do zip along, sometimes causing you to lean into the hedgerow. Families walking out will need to keep the youngsters close by.

AN AMAZINGLY GOOD SITE
The refurbished facilities were just the cherry on top of a really good cake.
