Many happy returns

This was our third visit to this site in approximately six months so our experience covers the colder, wetter months. Our first visit in September was a one nighter and, because of heavy rain, was very boggy with a lot of the pitches unavailable and waterlogged. The second visit in December was much better. For our latest visit in February we stayed for 3 nights. Grass areas were still very soggy but the pitches were firm and dry. Staff were very friendly and helpful eager to point out the new toilet and shower facilities which were excellent. This site accessed very conveniently from the motorway but noise is not a problem. Cheshire Fairoaks Outlets is a very short walk away and a pub and Harvester are just a couple of hundred yards down the road. Excellent and regular bus services are close by to take you to Chester and Liverpool. We shall be going back again as there is a lot left for us to do and see there.

Excellent Site

Booked a five night stay during half term holidays.  Brilliant location to enable day trips out to Blue Planet, Tenpin Bowling, Adventure Golf, Ice Skating and the very famous Cheshire Oaks Designer Shopping Outlet.  Site facilities were spotless and the staff very polite and friendly.

Lovely site

First visit to Fairoaks and Chester. Lovely site with immaculate toilet block and small park for kids. 3 pubs all reasonably priced within walking distance as well as the large retail park, certainly the largest retail park I have ever seen. Chester is a lovely town, very nice indeed. Drove there in my motor home which is long but got parked easily in the Little Roodee carpark by the race course and from there it is 10 minute walk to the town centre. Need to mention the Burger Shed!! Had lunch there and it was great.. Also visited the zoo which was expensive but a good day out.  Would certainly return to this site.

Our first visit to this site

We visited this site for the first time in February. We found the location very convenient. A 15minute walk to the large Cheshire Oaks Shopping Centre and a Sainsbury store. We were able to use the very regular bus service from here to the centre of Chester and Liverpool and able to use bus passes. So much to see and do in both places. It was our first visit to Liverpool and we were very impressed. We hope to visit again soon.

Fab weekend break

Just returned form our first visit to the site and was very impressed with the good level pitches, stunning facilities and friendly wardens. Site easy to find and access and well within walking distance to Cheshire Oaks shopping center. Very nice pub next to site and can recommend it. Well worth a visit and will definitely be returning.

Chester review

We have stayed at Chester fair oaks a few times now and always enjoyed our stay. We recently stayed for the weekend having arrived on the site slightly early due to having a broken jockey wheel. The wardens there were very helpful printing off information for nearby caravan shops that could help us with this problem. They even loaned us tools to change the wheel. This site is very family friendly in a brilliant location for Cheshire oaks and the shower and toilet facilities are always immaculately clean. We will definitely come back soon.

Great Site

Enjoyed 5 nights at Chester Fairoaks end of Jan, we were there in Dec. for Christmas markets and couldn't wait to come back. A great welcome from the wardens, shower block lovely and modern now, and very clean. Site is very easy to get to, lots of shopping very close by, park and ride into Chester, supermarket a few mins away for essentials. We will be back.

Super Site

Our second visit to this site and as enjoyable as the first. The wardens greet you with a smile and are only to happy to help with anything that you might need. The facilities are extremely modern and spotlessly clean. There is always someone cleaning and emptying bins, a very well kept site indeed. The site is ideally located just off the motorway and very east access. Cheshire Oaks is just over the road if you need retail therapy and eating places in abundance. We have found a great little pub 5 mins drive from the site. The Bunbury Arms serves fantastic food and very well priced, just a traditional little place warmed by a fire. We will be back very soon.

Fantastic...as expected

We have just spent a weekend at this site. It is local for us, being only an hour from home but the location, right next to Cheshire Oaks is perfect for my wife and Daughter to do some shopping while I indulge in a bit of Saturday Chill out! I tend to have high expectations of club sites, though this one impressed me so much that I just cannot wait to go again. The site is great, of course, with top class facilities that just could not be beaten anywhere else, and a great location, of course, but the real prize here is the staff. Every singleton of the four team members that we saw and spoke to over the weekend were the very best. They were interested and engaged and keen to do everything to ensure that e enjoyed our stay. Well done to the club! We will be back very soon!
