Great Place To Stay
We have just got back from a great stay here, Wythall station is just a short walk from the site with a train into the centre of Birmingham Coventry and Leamington Spa.There are also footpaths around the area of the site. Fish & Chips and a Chinese take away just down the road also Becketts Farm Shop & Restaurant is a short walk from the site. The NEC and the bullring are a short drive away. The pitches have plenty of room, shower blocks are very clean and well maintained. and wardens are helpful and always have a smile, the whole site is spotless.

Great site for NEC and Midlands areas
We stayed here for 12 nights and it gave us the opportunity to explore the area. You can catch a train from Wythall station (30mins walk from the site) into the centre of Birmingham for under a fiver. Coventry and Leamington Spa are also great towns to visit. Close too Stratford on Avon too. Hatton Locks, Lickey Hills, Earlswood Lakes are fab for walking. There are also various footpaths around the vicinity of the site. Fish & Chips, Chinese in Wythall which is a 10min drive. Becketts Farm Shop & Restaurant is a short walk from the site. NEC is a short drive away. There are no pubs that are within short walking distance although we found 'The Peacock' only half an hour walk around the edge of the golf course, through the (bit muddy) woods. Pitches have plenty of room, shower blocks are very clean and well maintained. Wardens are helpful and will order newspapers on request which can be collected the following day from reception. We like this area and have already booked again!
Perfect for Birmingham centre and markets
Stayed from 17/12 until 20/12. Lovely site and very friendly wardens. Wythall train station only 30 mins walk away, frequent trains to and from Birmingham (Stratford Upon Avon on platform 2) - cheaper than the bus!
Beckett Farm Shop 10% discount with CCS card. Highly recommend and will return.
Really good Site
Stayed here for the weekend again, really must book a longer stay sometime. The facilities here are top notch and always clean and warm. The site is ideally placed for the excellent shopping in nearby Solihull where there is a really good John Lewis Store. I would recommend this site to everyone with its easy access to Birmingham and the motorway system. Only one downside is that there is some traffic noise but once you are in the van it is not too bad.

Handy for Birmingham
We stayed here for 3 nights in mid November and were pleasantly surprised how peaceful and quiet it is, a nice site for both stop-offs and longer stays if you drive. The toilet facilities are clean and warm, if a bit dated and the wardens were very friendly and helpful. The farm shop at the end of the road is good for top-ups and you can get discount showing your membership card. We took a bus into town - only 1 an hour unfortunately - it's a bit of a slog into the city in bad traffic so we left earlier than we'd usually do. Birmingham has great shopping but is a bit of a mess otherwise, once was enough! We enjoy geocaching too and had a nice walk along the footpaths around the nearby golf course, finding some of the ingenious cache "boxes"!
Another good overnight stop
Yet again we used Chapel Lane as an overnight stop on our way up North. Staff very friendly and helpful. Toilets extremely clean. All in all a good stay.
Super site
Once again on staying at this site facilities spotless
Wardens very helpfull. Only downside man with 2 dogs kept walking round site fouling grass areas to lazy to use designated dog walk Wardens should make it In plain language when booking in with dogs absaloughty no dogs to be exercised on pitchs would have given 5 if not for this

2016 11 20 Visit
A good site with plenty of hardstandings. Close to Bennett's Farm Shop and the Transport Museum. Supermarkets availabe at Hollywood. Good access to the site, relatively close to M42 and easy access to Birmingham, Solihull and even Stratford, should you want a longer journey. The site is well kept and the wardens friendly. We had a lot of rain during our stay and one or two of the pitches were effected by standing water, but not a big issue. Certainly a site worth visiting.
