Convenient for visiting Willersley and Auto-Sleepers plus of course Broadway, a delightful Cotswold Village a short walk away. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our brief stay.
Cold Half term Break
Stayed for 4 cold nights over half term. Wardens excellent and site kept immaculate. Easy walk into Broadway and some lovely dog friendly pubs. Shame about the technical difficulties with the power (lack of) on the Saturday as we lost all use of water (assume pumped) and the shower blocks and toilets had to be closed from circa 9.15 through to late afternoon so had to rig up phone to IPad to watch the Rugby. Not the wardens fault at all but possibility cause by too much draw on the electricity as so cold. Saw people with electric heaters in awnings which didn’t help. Anyway liked it so much booked to go back in December for some Christmas festivities.

excellent site.
Many visits to this well maintained clean and well manicured site good access from motorway or local roads .
please though invest some more money in fully serviced pitches there is plenty in the "kitty!".
Then you will lead the european camping networks..

Great site.
We stayed for 5 nights over the half term break. Site was very busy and most pitches occupied. Perhaps due to the bitterly cold weather it seemed very quiet on site as few ventured far from their units on foot. Facilities and staff up to the usual high standards on club sites. The site was experiencing 'technical issues' in the form of a powercut and loss of mains water as we left on the Saturday morning and I did feel for the wardens dealing with the problem, However we brits do love a crisis and I hope the power was restored in time for the afternoon's rugby on TV. The stroll/brisk trot (depending on the weather) into Broadway is a mere few minutes with plenty of pubs to choose from once in the town. Fantastic play area at the top of the town for all ages.

Great Stay
We spent 5 days here over the half term holidays. We had a warm welcome from the warden who explained the layout of the site and which toilet blocks were in use during the week.
We had a pitch with the road running at the back of us but we did not really notice the road noise.
Facilities in the toilet blocks good normal high standard we liked the fact that the toilets are not closed for cleaning until 2pm hooray there is not the normal morning rush to get up and get showered before the block closes and no queuing either well done wish more sites would do this.
Not impressed with fellow members who allowed there dog to foul on the path and leave it for the warden to get up and then another episode on the grass also which the warden was left to get up, unacceptable.
Easy walking to Broadway with lots of eateries and nice walk to Broadway tower. Lots of walking around and about which can be accessed from a leaflet from the tourist office.
We shall certainly return to this site.

Cold Weekend.
Another great couple of nights at this site.
It was very cold , but more than made up for by some dry weather, as the walking out from Broadway is really good with some fantastic scenery from the more elevated locations.
We had one of the serviced pitches which was great, water and drainage right on your doorstep, hopefully the club will start to provide more of these as they are well worth the extra cost.
The wardens where great as usual and dealt really well with a site wide power cut that lasted most of Saturday.
I was a bit disappointed with one of our members who thought they where to good to wait in the line of vans to check in, and jumped the queue. Shame on you whoever you are.
Lovely site & location
We stayed here for a long weekend during February. The site is easy to access with no tricky country lanes and within walking distance to lovely Broadway. We managed to walk to Broadway Tower from the site which is a good walk with a decent climb but very much worth it for the view. Broadway itself is pretty with lots of little pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. We ate and drank at the Crown & Trumpet which is dog friendly, with a good selection of real ales and typical pub grub. The site was full which shows how popular it is for a cold February weekend. The wardens did a good job of keeping the site tidy, however the site did have a problem with the electrics on all pitches and toilet blocks, which did get sorted. We will be back and certainly recommend.
Perfect weekend break.
We booked this site only a week before. And were not disappointed with our choice.
A warm welcome and easy booking in. We were given a choice of pitches and I think we had one of the nicest and quietest ones. Toilet block was Immaculate. The showers were roomy and water hot. Easy walk into the town. The walk to Broadway Tower not so easy, but follow the path and you will eventually reach the summit. What a view you get so well worth it.
Try the fish and chips shop on the way followed by a pint in one of the many pubs.
A beautiful club site for a long weekend break. We will definitely be back here.
5 star site in a 5 star location
Stayed at the site for a long weekend in mid February, it has easy access ( no narrow country lanes to navigate). Wardens are so warm and welcoming. The site is so clean and cared which would explain why it was nearly full even though the weather was cold, wet and a bit windy. We did not need to use our car all weekend as we could walk easily into Broadway to access Budgens for supplies.
We used the dog walk on site, nice and secure allowing our two dogs a chance of a run off their leads safely without fear of escape.
We have stayed here many times on the years, but this is the first time since it had service pitches and loads of other improvements, we will certainly be staying here again, that is if we can get in.
A lovely lovely site.
2nd Visit to this site
We have just come back from 3 nights at this site, it was our 2nd visit to the site in 8 months. We love this site which is only a 15 minute stroll into the charming village of Broadway. Next to the site is a train station which will carry passenger steam trains later in the spring. The facilities were spotless & warm, in my last review I stated that the site doesn't have a children's play area but this has now been rectified.
The dog walk area is very small & nothing more than an area for your dog to do their toilet, you couldn't exercise your dog there. There are some lovely pubs which are dog friendly including the Crown & Trumpet which is the one we visited.
We visited in mid February & the weather was good with clear blue skies which makes a difference. The site in general is quite and peaceful would advise to book well in advance as it was fully booked when we were there. In Broadway there is a Budgens mini supermarket which has everything you need albeit a pricey.
We will return to this site sometime in future.
