First trip in our caravan.

Immaculately clean site with well spaced pitches. Although we didn't need to use the washrooms, they were incredibly clean. The dog walking area was extremely small. On our arrival we decided to drive away from the entrance area to escape the noise of the road, however as we chose a pitch at the far end of the site the noise of another adjacent road was clearly audible. We moved to a slightly more central area which was OK but to be honest I could still hear the traffic. This site is well situated if you want to stroll into Broadway, a very picturesque town. A handy two night stay for us to suss things out.

Beautiful site and location.

We're fairly new to caravanning, just our second year, but thought this was a fabulous site, couldn't fault the site for space, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. Very easy walk to the beautiful village of Broadway and close to Bourton on the water. Will definitely go back but understand why it's extremely popular during the summer months.

A Wet Three Days

Unfortunately we picked a time when the Highways Authority decided to shut the road beyond the bridge which meant we had to walk into town to catch a bus. However the rain did persuade us to waterproof up and just stroll this very beautiful village. The site is ideally situated and well looked after. It is just such a shame that some campers do not seem to know how to flush a toilet,if they did I am sure it would make the wardens life a lot more pleasant. Riley 57

Broadway wet weekend

We decided to take the motorhome for its first run of the year so thought we may as well stay overnight at our favourite club site. We arrived in the rain Saturday lunch time, it did stop long enough for us to take a walk into the village have a wander around the shops and have lunch in the Deli. Then we went back to the motorhome and settled in for the evening. Everything worked well so we were happy. The rain started about 4am and was relentless all morning. The lovely wardens were happy for us to stay till 2pm when the torrential rain steadied to a drizzle. We left site to drive back home where it had been snowing heavy. Regardless of the weather we enjoyed our night away and will be returning soon. The site is always lovely, great pitches, great CMC standard facilities block. An easier flat walk into the lovely village of Broadway which has a great selection on shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants most of them dog friendly. I would like to recommend the site but thinking about it I am not as I may not be able to get a pitch so please stay away I'm sure it is not the place for you, find somewhere else to go ha ha

Christmas 2017

Our first Christmas at Broadway and it did not disappoint. The site was very clean and tidy, the wardens were helpful and very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Big thank you to the wardens for the lovely bash on Christmas Eve - a lovely spread of snacks and nibbles plus a glass of cheer - first rate!! We had a quiet Christmas day and then Boxing day joined in with the 'Boxing day Hun thanks to a fellow Caravaner who gave us the information. Lovely to see the horses and all the Springer Spaniels there (as an owner of one, Webley). The only mis-hap we had was an avalanche from the Caravan roof on to the awning due the build up of snow on the Caravan roof which bent and snapped the awning poles and trapped us in the Caravan until we could dig ourselves out. Would recommend The Crown & Trumpet in Broadway, Church Street, food excellent, lovely atmosphere.

Fab Site

We enjoyed a one night stop at Broadway last weekend. What a lovely site....clean, friendly, well kept, warm loos and showers and great fish and chips on the Saturday night. It is also an easy walk into Broadway with lostgof great walking locally. We will go back for longer. Anyone thinking about the spring etc ? ....I would book up as there were not many spare hardstanding pitches on a cold weekend in January.

Short stop

Cleanliness is second to none here. Grounds are well manicured, shower blocks impeccably maintained and warm. Staff very welcoming and helpful. A lovely setting just a short stroll from the village and major walks. The site will have the added feature of the steam railway running right along the edge of the campsite when it's linked up so will have lots to see.

Probably the "Best" we have visited.

We have just returned from a two night stay at Broadway, and felt we had to leave a review as it is probably th best Caravan Club (sorry will not use the new name) site we have stayed at. Great location, peace and quiet, super clean and super wardens. No overly fussy rules just the most welcoming place. If you get time walk up to the top she'd to view the original "Wanderer" caravan. So beautiful, so historical- but it does raise the question of why the club name was changed. Just off to book Broadway again for when the local railway is open.

Good site, very good wardens, location good, snow in December 27. Some dog owners let there dogs mess and Wee on other people’s pitch ( has you can see it in the snow ) not all dog owners . One even weed on my Motorhome wheel . Apart from that in General clean site and well worth going

One of the best sites on the circuit

We spent a week over the new year period at Broadway. We've been a few times before, our last visit being last February. Would you beleive it...the wardens recognised our name and gave us a really warm welcome. The walking around the site is terrific with the Cotswold way and Winchcombe Way just a short distance from the site. If you like a quiet drink by a cosy fire in a doggy friendly pub try the Mount at Stanton or the Snowshill Arms...both set in beautiful villages and on walking trails. After many years of work by volunteers...The GWSR opens up into Broadway in March 2018 and the station is just a couple of hundred yards from the site so you will be able to catch a steam train all the way to Cheltenham. We will be back!
